“Property flooded, no compensation”
+The owner was quick to come and sweep water out of the property after it flooded.
−The accommodation flooded with dirty water up to our ankles during a short heavy thunderstorm due to poorly maintained drains in the patio outside. Dirty water poured in through the bathroom drains and the front door, but quickly drained away once the outside drain was cleared. Other properties in the local area did not seem to flood. It has been a week since the flooding and the owner has not provided the agreed partial refund, despite us having to move to alternative accommodation for our final day, and some of our stuff having to be binned.

+Very good apartment for a short stay. Close to the city centre by public transportation. Very clean and the host is very helpful and responsive.
−The fridge did a high noise, making it a bit difficult to sleep well.

−Quite difficult to find, even with instructions! Would expect a proper bed rather than a sofa bed to sleep on.

“A very small room with a kitchen and bathroom”
+Apartment Vinko was not what I was expecting. The bathroom was the best part of the apartment, it was clean and had hot water and a hairdryer. There was a kettle and cups.
−The bed in the apartment was a sofa bed which wasn't comfortable. The apartment is very small, we literally nearly tripped over the bed when walking in the door. There was a washing machine and ironing board but no iron. Bath towels were the size of hand towels. Location was a good 40 minute walk to the old town.

+O alojamento é mesmo pequeno, mas 100% prático e útil, contém máquina de lavar a vosso uso, com produtos incluidos, produtos de limpeza, utensilios de cozinha, TV com netflix e youtube, estendal da roupa, tinha tudo o que um viajante pode precisar! E o alojamento encontra-se numa zona calma e simpática. O senhorio foi sempre muito simpático e ajudou em todas as duvidas que tinhamos no apartamento rapidamente. Tem WI-FI.
−O alojamento é longe do centro e para ir a pé custa, porque o caminho é montanhoso. Aconselho a arrendar as bicicletas nextbike que são práticas e simples de utilizar e ajudaram bastante.
