“We had a fantastic time in Split with a great base at the Sugar Flat, highly recommend”
+Very clean and comfortable with easy access in quiet surroundings. Superb location with shops a short walk away and just a few minutes to get to the historic old town and Riva promenade. We were really looked after by Marko, a great host.

“An excellent family holiday in Split with the apartment close to the best places in the city.”
+The location was excellent being very close to Diocletian's Palace, the harbour and also Bacvice beach. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed as a family of four.
−The entrance to the apartment block could have been better lit at night. The second bedroom is better suited to younger children (ours were 17 and 20).

+We really enjoyed our stay at Apartment Sugar Flat. The location is excellent, very close to the old town and the harbor, but in a quiet residential area, so it was peaceful at night. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was especially kind and helpful. After we checked in, he brought us ice cube bags and coffee capsules, which was very thoughtful. On the day of check-out, he also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment because it wasn’t booked that day. This made our last day in Split much easier and more relaxing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split. Thank you for your hospitality!

−The water heater didn’t work when we arrived. The issue was quickly fixed but we didn’t have hot water in the shower for the first day.

“Lovely hosts, clean, quiet and great location.”
+Nikolina and Marko were responsive, helpful and attentive, organising us airport transfers and accommodating our requests for late arrival and luggage storage. The apartment is in a great location, a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the old town. It's spotlessly clean and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen and kind touches like the milk in the fridge.
−It was great overall. The only downsides were that the main bed was a little hard, and a couple of extra pillows would have been nice.

“Centrally located apartment with good amenities and very friendly hosts.”
+The hosts were very welcoming. We had some problems with our arrival, but they responded quickly to our inquiries. The check-in process was very friendly and uncomplicated. The location was central but quiet, on a side street. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was equipped with everything we needed, its noticable that the hosts pay attention to detail and the well-being of their guests.
−Nothing to complain about, we had a very pleasant stay. Unfortunately, it was too short.

“Séjour idéal avec un emplacement parfait.”
+La localisation est parfaite ! À 5 min du centre ville à pied, à 15 min de la plage et à 10 minutes du port et de la Riva. Appartement au calme au rez de chaussée avec petite terrasse. Les propriétaires sont très accessibles disponibles au moindre besoin. Ils nous ont donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Les chambres étaient propres, l’appartement est très très bien équipé avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Je recommande +++
