+Location is amazing 5-8 mins to the marina and old town split. Elena was very helpful and highlighted areas on a paper map for us to check out. Apartment is spacious and clean, and everything was great. Cant recommend it enough

“Wonderful stay with fantastic views in a quiet location”
+Absolutely wonderful stay, the apartment was lovely, the view from the balcony was absolutely fantastic and it is perfectly located, 5-10 minute walk into Split but far enough out to be quiet on a night. Only thing stopping it being a 10 was the shower is a bit small and the bathroom is a bit dark, but this is being picky. The property also has parking and the hosts ensured we had no problems with having a space throughout our stay. Cannot fault the location, cannot fault the cleanliness, lovely interaction with the host. We would absolutely recommended it and if/when we come back to Split we wouldn't hesitate to book this again. For the price i would be surprised if there is anywhere better to stay in Split.
−Nothing really, but given the parking is a bit tight i'd suggest not hiring a very large SUV. But maybe this is a reflection of my parking skills...

“Gemütliches Apartment mit bestem Ausblick”
+Wunderbarer Blick auf die Altstadt von Split, besser als von der Aussichtsplattform auf dem Marjan in der Nähe :-)! Neu errichtetes Haus mit schön gestaltetem Apartment inkl. Terrasse. Von dort lassen sich Sonnen- und Mondaufgang bewundern, Hafen und Altstadt sowieso. Zimmer und Küche gut gestaltet und ausgestattet. Parken vor dem Haus inkludiert, das Auto am Besten dort stehen lassen - man braucht es nicht! Der Weg hinunter zur Stadt führt durch idyllische Altstadtgässchen.
−Das Badezimmer und die Dusche sind leider etwas eng, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau! Bett für meine Frau zu weich...

+Beginnend mit freundlichen und informativen Online-Chats mit Palmina und dann der vor Ort erfolgte Empfang, Begrüßung und Tipps Vermittlung von Elena war dieser Urlaub in diesem Apartment die beste Entscheidung. Parkplatz vor dem Apartment im Schatten, toll eingerichtetes Apartment, in dem nichts fehlte, eine große Terrasse, die wir gerne abends nutzten mit Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer - einfach perfekt für uns. In die Stadt 5 min zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls, wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. In und um Split gibt es so viel zu erleben! Und dieses klimatisierte Apartment war für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt.
