“Excellent!”
+We liked everything. The pool area, the gym and outside bbq area all perfect. Apartment itself lovely. Air con in all rooms essential for the summer heatwave. Ana the host is exceptional. So helpful and kind.

“We couldn’t ask for a better stay or host !!!”
+Ana was such an amazing host who went above and beyond for us, from stocking the fridge with supplies to taking us to the supermarket to do our shop. My friends and I had such an amazing time!!!! The location was amazing with so many local places to explore as well as being a short drive from split. The rooms were so nice, clean and the apartment provided everything we could possibly need, as well as the pool and gym area. Thank you to you and your husband, we loved our stay !!! 😁

+Fabulous welcome with some fruit and drinks in the fridge swimming pool was amazing. Gym and bedrooms were superb.

“Excellent holiday in fantastic property.”
+Very comfortable accommodation with 3 bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms and air conditioning. Outside space excellent with balcony plus outdoor kitchen and toilet beside the private pool. There is also an outbuilding with very well equipped gym. The owner (who lives in adjacent property) was very helpful and responsive to any questions.
−There wasn’t really anything negative to say about our stay. The location is about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the small town of Stobrec, up quite a steep hill which was too far to walk in the 36c heat when we stayed. In cooler weather it would be walkable if you are fit, although having a car or taking taxis/Uber is more realistic.

“Fabulous stay”
+Everything! From start to finish we had a fantastic time. Ana arranged our airport transfer, gave a food and drink welcome pack. The apartment was lovely with a fabulous view. The facilities are great with the gym, bbq and pool. She also kindly shared some home grown fruit which was delicious and arranged our transfer back to the airport. It’s ideally located for easy access to the beach in strobec and a short uber ride into Split.

“Beautiful, modern and spacious apartment in a lovely location - highly recommended”
+Thank you Ana for such a wonderful stay in your beautiful apartment. You couldn't have made us feel more welcome and we enjoyed everything about our stay. We especially loved the beautiful views from the balcony over the coastline of nearby Strobeč and we made plenty of use of the poolside BBQ / kitchen, which was very well equipped - as was the entire apartment. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and we visited Split several times - very easy to catch a taxi or Uber! We would also highly recommend the trip to Krka National Park to see the waterfalls.

“Best summer apart ever!”
+Everything was absolutely amazing! Trulh, this was the best apartment I could’ve booked for me and my cousins. The place has been recently renovated, so everything feels brand new, beautifully set up, and incredibly spacious. The pool area is gorgeous, the gym is surprisingly well-equipped, and there’s even a sauna, which was a fantastic bonus! But what made this trip even more special was meeting Ana and her husband, the wonderful hosts and owners of the property. They’re such kind, welcoming people, and their warmth made us feel right at home. We had the best time and honestly can’t wait to come back!

“Overall brilliant property, great space, great facilities. Good for families or groups of friends”
+Brilliant apartment about a 3/4 minute drive from stobrec and a 20/25 minute drive from split old town. Great facilities with every bedroom having en suite. Great kitchen and living space also. Place was very clean and modern. Pool was great with cooking and toilet areas down by the pool. Also there is a great gym which I used 3 times to run on the treadmill.
−The first photo actually shows 2 apartments. The one you stay in is the upper level. The owners do stay in the one directly below. This wasn’t an issue really but it is something to consider when booking this apartment.

“Exceptional”
+Beautiful, modern, very well equipped apartment with private pool and amazing views out to sea. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, above and beyond expected level and had left a lovely spread of food for our late arrival. Location is good, within walking distance of beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets and 15 min taxi ride to Split centre. Highly recommend and hope to be back!
