“Apartment Regina is a good apartment with lovely hosts in a great location.”
+Apartment Regina is ideally located just on the edge of the Riva and within a 5 minute walk of Diocletian's Palace and transport links to fabulous beaches and the Marjan Forest Park. The hosts were friendly and helpful and it was great to be able to use local supermarkets to prepare food and there was good facilities such as an ice machine and a washing machine.
−It would have been really lovely to have a small stash of "essentials" such as olive oil but otherwise this was a good apartment with great hosts in a fantastic location.

“I would recommend for the homey feeling and a comfortable stay”
+The apartment was very comfortable for our group of 5. The kitchen was very well equipped, containing even an ice maker and a coffee machine. Moreover Mrs. Regina and her husband were wonderful hosts, making sure we have everything we need throughout our stay.
−The apartment wasn’t easy to find at first, as the access is through a courtyard. Problem was solved by simply calling the hosts.

“Perfect stay for one week”
+Nice and helpful owners living next door. Apartment is located in a quite area, yet near the old town of split with a lot of restaurants and shops. Apartment feels bigger than what the pictures shows.

“Great location: close to the waterfront and old town but still in a quiet area”
+Apartment Regina was about 100m or so up the hill from the waterfront and maybe 500+m from the Old Town, in a quiet location away from the street. The apartment was clean, comfortable and roomy, and the kitchen well appointed. Our hosts had gone that extra mile to ensure their guests felt at home. Both hosts were very nice and check-in, etc was hassle-free (and we very much appreciated being allowed to drop off our luggage mid morning, well before check-in time).
−It was a bit disconcerting the the hosts came through the adjoining doors 4 times during our 2 day stay. They were very nice and concerned about our welfare, etc... but still disconcerting.
+The property owners are amazing...super helpful and friendly...above and beyond. Apartment is in an older, scenic, historic part of city, so some construction, but great location in the middle of activity.

+From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Josik (Joseph). He helped us with our bags, rode with me to a free parking spot, and came back to do a thorough walkthrough of the property. Please, please, please do not let street view of some photos online scare you. There’s a neighbor who has an interesting collection of items outside, but the Apartment has everything you need, is SPOTLESS, and very comfortable. Josik introduced us to Regina (his wife) for whom the property is named and he offered us some wine and we all chatted for some time about Split, the history and the property. We loved our stay here. It’s at the bottom of Marian and a five minute walk to the start of the Promenade along the water. 10 minutes to Diocletian’s Palace and 15 minutes to the Green Market. No need to drag bags through town. This is an ideal location. Would come back again if we’re ever in Split. This is not a friend putting a favorable review up for a friend. We are a family on a trip to Europe who are very glad we booked Regina! Josik again helped us with our bags when we left and saw us off. He and Regina are as nice as can be. Thank you both! Hvala!
