“Beautiful apartment: convenient location.”
+Beautiful and spacious apartment. Located within easy walking distance to the Metro. Also possible to walk to the city centre in 20 minutes.
−Nothing to dislike. The only caveat (not applicable to us) is that the apartment is located on the top floor. The stairs are not a problem for able bodied and reasonably fit people. There is also a lift, which worked fine. However, because of the configuration of the building, the lift itself is very small in terms of space. Would be problematic for a wheelchair user, as would the outside steps leading up. to the front entrance to the building.

+Good location, bright and spacious apartment, excellent communication with the host, very clean
−Noise from the elevator in the bedroom, thin and weak mattresses especially on the single beds,it could have hand shower too instead of just ceiling shower, there was no hot water in the apartment for 24 hours(but that was not up to the owner)

+The apartment has everything you need. It's comfortable, warm and spacious. Pretty nice location as well - city center, it's a little bit hard with parking, but there is always a solution to this. You can contact the host at any time and he will try his best to assist you and not to forget he is very friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay in Sofia, and want to be near NDK and Vitoshka - that's the place for you.
