“Overall everything is good, but there is a but”
+location of the apartment, refrigerator with water and ice is very convenient. furniture is new, clean.
−problem with check-in. email for online registration arrived late, and this is important being in another country. also the door did not close from the inside. after writing to the support service the answer was some kind of lever on the door. it was not on the door. Lived with the door open from the inside. I'm attaching a photo of the door. There is no key 🔑 to close the door.

+Loved the apartment itself, location was good and not too far of a walk to the old town. Check in instructions were practically non existent, we located the building and when we eventually found the correct entrance to the building, the intercom wasn't working and there was no one on hand to come and assist! Took us nearly 2 hours to get into the accommodation with a help of a local in the same building. I had a teenager with me and it was getting dark. No instructions on where the apartment was in the building itself. We were left one set of towels for 2 people and when I asked for more, I was repeatedly told 'there is no one in the area to deliver another set of towels' it really is not good enough. We were also told the same when we requested more toilet roll, these things are a basic need. The apartment itself was clean and spacious but very poor customer service, and they need someone on hand to assist with issues!!

“a fantastic stay in Bucharest”
+Wow, what a fantastic stay in Bucharest! The location was perfect,right in the city center, super close to the Parliament and Piata Unirii. The waterfall show nearby was such a cool bonus! Everything I needed was right there,public transportation, grocery stores, and tons of restaurants, all within walking distance. The apartment was cozy and surprisingly quiet for being so central, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Honestly, everything about this place was great,I’d totally recommend it to anyone visiting Bucharest!

“Katastrofa, omijaj to miejsce szerokim łukiem”
+Jedynym co potrafię dobrego napisać i tym apartamencie to nienajgorszy lokalizacja chociaż okolica i widok z okna wygląda jak slums.
−Ten obiekt to koszmar, a nie nocleg. Gdyby dało się wystawić 0, zrobiłbym to bez wahania. Absolutnie odradzam rezerwację - dla własnego zdrowia i bezpieczeństwa. Najważniejsze: ➡️ PLUSKWY W ŁÓŻKU. Nie „podejrzenie”, nie „ślad” - żywe pluskwy biegające po pościeli. Mamy zdjęcia i nagrania wideo, które dokładnie to pokazują. Po pobycie musieliśmy traktować wszystkie rzeczy jak skażone. Stan apartamentu: - smród papierosów w całym mieszkaniu - brud i zaniedbanie: pajęczyny na suficie, brak realnego sprzątania - pęknięta deska toaletowa - mieszkanie w stanie, który zagraża higienie Bezpieczeństwo: - drzwi i zamek nie dawały poczucia bezpieczeństwa - w nocy byliśmy zmuszeni barykadować drzwi krzesłami, żeby nikt nie wszedł do mieszkania - uczucie realnego zagrożenia, a nie „drobny dyskomfort” Kontakt z właścicielem: - całkowita ignorancja problemu - po zgłoszeniu pluskiew właściciel uznał, że to „nie jego sprawa” - przestał odpowiadać na wiadomości Zdjęcia i filmy, które dodaję do opinii, pokazują dokładnie: - pluskwy - brud - pajęczyny - zniszczoną toaletę - improwizowaną barykadę na noc To nie jest pech, to systemowe zaniedbanie. Taki obiekt nie powinien być dostępny na Booking.com. J

−Dificile per entrare dentro, dopo 1 ora siamo riusciti , quando siamo entrati abbiamo trovato tutto sporco il letto ,stanza bagno cugina tutto , abbiamo chiamato assistenza ci hanno detto che presto arriverà qualcuno a pulire … sono arrivati a le 21:00 di sera … abbiamo dovuto stare sul divano da le 4 fine a le 22:00 perché il ragazzo da le pulizie a finito intorno a 22:30… il appartamento puzza di muffa , ho fatto rapporto a Booking.ro … ho perduto tempo , soldi , siamo stati senza mangiare tutto il giorno non consiglio questo appartamento a nessuno !!
