+The best thing about the apartment is the location - about 10-15 minutes walk into the centre of Split. The apartment is big, with 2 bathrooms and you can sleep up to 10 people here in beds (we were 6). It's good if you just need a bed for 1 night. The host was very helpful with finding a parking space where we would not get a ticket.
−The apartment is very old and some of the furniture is falling apart. The bedding, sinks and toilet were all clean, but it seems that the rest of the apartment has not had a good clean for a long time.

“Wonderful”
+Very nice apartment close to the city center. A nice lady welcomed us and showed us the apartment, we really appreciated her attitude and her positive personality. To summarize, a must stay if you are in Split and in need of a apartment for 7-8 people
−Everthing was great

+The communication and the check-in went smoothly. Also, it is close to the town center, just a couple of minutes walk.

“Spacious apartment”
+Excellent price, good communication, friendly welcome, great location, very spacious, clean and bright accommodation with plenty of beds, clean bedding, towels and everything you need is provided.
−No real problems at all - only dislikes were very minor things like one of the bulbs in one of the bedrooms is quite dim.

“Great location in large apartment with flexible sleeping arrangements & off street parking.”
+Great location just 10 minutes from the historic centre and it felt very safe to walk to & from in the evening. Large, airy apartment with huge bedrooms & lots of beds giving flexible sleeping arrangements. Well equipped. Very helpful host. Offstreet parking provided. Host was flexible with timings. Aircon units in some rooms, although we didn't need them even though it was quite hot. Balcony with washing line to dry wet swimming gear. 2 toilets (1 in bathroom & 1 separate, although they were both quite tight to get sitting on!). Basic provisions provided - toilet paper, cooking oil/salt/pepper, drinks in fridge, coffee creams in the fridge, washing up liquid etc
−Bathroom small and over-bath shower with curtain, apartment a little dated. Parking very difficult to get in & out of & our car got scraped, although our host assured us that hadn't happened before.
