+We found the app without any problems. Dino, the host, gave detailed instructions. Instructions for the key as well. We needed a place to stay near the Pula Arena for a concert. The arena is about 20 min. walk. The app had everything. Even a small iron. The beds are ok, the extra bed is for 2 and very comfortable. Parking is free and so far it has not been a problem to find an empty space.
−The room - bedroom is very low, because it is an attic apartment. Since the air conditioning is only in the living area, unfortunately it does not reach the second sleeping area. The room is therefore quite hot.

“Nice Place”
+Cozy. Quiet. Clean. Had to sleep on the couch which was comfortable becuase the bedroom was missing the AC. Once i found the place it was easy to get inside and get into the lock box.
−Missing some of the basics. Needed to buy detergent and soap for shower. The description to find the property wasnt super clear - I spent 20 minutes looking for it. :(

+Be aware that ceiling in the bedroom is super low. We hit the head several times. And there was a smoking smell at the balcony.

+On the positive side, I appreciated that the bed linen had been changed and was clean and fresh-smelling. The AC also worked properly. The location was also quite convenient, with shops and restaurants within about a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. So overall, the location itself was not bad at all.
−When we arrived at the accommodation, it was immediately obvious that the place had not been vacuumed or mopped for a very long time. There were long black hairs, crumbs, and a huge amount of dirt all over the floor. I couldn’t even vacuum because the handheld vacuum cleaner hadn’t been cleaned either. As soon as I picked it up, dirt started falling out of it. The bottom of the curtains was absolutely filthy, as if someone had been using them to mop the floor. Something must have exploded inside the microwave. I honestly don’t know what happened there. All the dishes had simply been put back into the cupboard while still dirty. The surface of the toilet had been cleaned, but the outside and the bottom of it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The same could be said about all the cupboards. The ventilation was completely clogged, the shower door was practically falling out of place, the toilet paper holder also came off in my hand, it was already broken. Upon arriving at the accommodation, we contacted the owner and informed him about the situation. We explained in detail what the issue was and what we found when we arrived at the apartment. +Świetny apartament. Wszystko świeżutkie i nowe. Czysto i przytulnie. Dobre połączenie MPK do centrum. Można też i spacerkiem się przejść. Gorąco polecamy.
−Na początku trudno było znaleźć budynek. Słabe oznaczenie numeracji bloków (są małe cyferki i trudno je na początku namierzyć).

+l’appartement est magnifique, propre et le lit est d’un confort incroyable. Les instructions données sont claires et faciles. Et les propriétaires sont très gentils. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

“Appartamento nuovo”
+L'appartamento è nuovo e l'arredamento è moderno. Le chiavi sono nel box quindi si può accedere liberamente senza dover attendere il proprietario. Ha l'aria condizionata e nonostante sia in mansarda ha un'ottima coibentazione. Il parcheggio sotto al palazzo è molto comodo. Host gentile.
−L'unico consiglio che darei è inserire una tendina per il lucernaio nella zona giorno in quanto, se si è in 4 e si dorme nel divano letto, la luce che entra di prima mattina può dare fastidio. Inoltre, visto che l'appartamento è in una zona nuova e google maps non trova l'indirizzo preciso, consiglio di mandare la localizzazione precisa.

−Dovendo trovare un difetto Consiglio le lampade della camera da letto con la spina in quanto erano a pile ed erano scariche e ho dovuto spegnere invece di leggere perché agli altri la luce grande dava fastidio
