“Air conditioned, clean apartment a short walk from Old Town.”
+Easy walk to Old Town Centre, with a large bedroom. The apartment was very clean and had great air conditioning.
−The washing machine was difficult to use and did not work well. Bathroom was very cramped, with the shower over the sink - something not well reflected in the photos. We would recommend a bath mat as the water does tend to flood the small space somewhat.

“Ideal for a younger couple who don’t mind climbing stairs. A good value apartment in a quiet location with nearby parkin”
+The apartment was well quipped and the balcony provided a nice outdoor seating area. Location was good with quick access to the old town.
−Bathroom was too small and the apartment not having lift access made taking luggage up to the 5th floor challenging.

“Top floor of five storey building with no lift. Only really suitable for fit young travellers.”
+Reasonably easy walking distance to old town. Supermarkets close by.
−No lift - 5 storey building. "Bathroom" was shower over handbasin with toilet and bathroom tiny opening directly onto small kitchen. Tiny bathroom - wetroom style, tiny kitchen. Lighting in bedroom very dim. Parking was on street and very tight and scarce due to this being an older apartment area.

“Friendly and responsive host, great location.”
+The host was friendly and quickly responded to messages. The location is great, 8-10mins to the Split center and 10 minutes to Marjan park. Overall apartments were clean and comfortable.
−We hade some issues with the oven. Washing machine didn't work properly.

“Exceptional”
+Great location 10 minutes walk from main tourist attractions, bus and ferry terminal. Super large terrace with sun and shade all day, could do with a couple of loungers. Small shower room with shower over sink but this was fine for our 4 night stay. Helpful staff, quiet residential location with good sized supermarkets and a few restaurants, all within a few minutes walk.
