+The host is very responsive and proactive, I actually have got the info in real time before, and throughout my stay. The location is super - walking distance from both lower and upper town, and easy access to the tram stops. The apartment itself was a standard living apartment, making the stay highly comfortable.

“Well located, badly maintened”
+It’s close enough to town by tram and there are bars, cafes, market, DM nearby. You can walk to the city center and the train station if you want. The wifi works petfectly. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe
−The apartment needs maintenance and cleaning. The bathroom ceiling is peeling off, the kitchen tap is partially blocked with lime so it spreads water everywhere, the extractor fan needs a deep cleaning as well as the sink area. If you’re staying a day or two it’s fine but if you need to spend more time and cook there it’s not practical

“A nice Appartement for one night”
+I liked the Location, the apartment ist in a quiet area, yet still Central. The price ist good for the size of the apartment. Excelennt communication with the landlord
−The apartment was Clean, but ITS a bit worn and could use some renovation. The parking Lot behind the building ist good, but ITS hard to use with a larger vehicle If other Cars are parked right behind the driveway. The Air conditioning could also bei a bit stronger. But everithing else was fine

“Costa poco, vale molto meno”

−La struttura era non curata, con pezzi di intonaco che si sono staccati dal soffitto, mobili danneggiati, tapparelle non funzionanti, uno dei lampadari non funzionante, rubinetti in pessimo stato, bagno senza aerazione, coperte troppo piccole per la dimensione dei letti, maniglia e serratura della porta di ingresso in condizioni terribili

+Lokacija je vrhunska,na 15min od centra. Parking u okviru zgrade koji se može koristiti i kada se izađe iz apartmana. Jako ljubazan vlasnik...sve pohvale.
−Klima u stanu je non-stop duvala ali nije hladila(obavešten vlasnik) Kada je noću preko 25C stvarno nije prijatno za spavanje. Krevet je prilično neudoban,škripi pri svakom pokretu,stvari i nameštaj u stanu iz kasnih sedamdesetih godina prošlog veka,peškiri stari...Potrebno renovirati apartman što pre...Zgrada je bez lifta,stan je na 3.spratu...malo nezgodno ako imaš više stvari. Vlasnik je divan čovek...komunikacija super. Pažnja..mogućnost da se kola ogrebu prilikom izlaska s parkinga...desilo mi se. Sve sam ovo napisao dobronamerno.
