“Awesome stay! Recommend!”
+Perfect for two couples! The balcony was a nice feature and kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Bathroom was good size and had a washing machine. Large sofa bed in the lounge, a bit hard but still a good sleep. Aircon was a life saver as it was so hot! We walked to the beach which is about 15 min and ubered everywhere else as it was just as cheap as catching the bus. Host was awesome and checked in on us half way through the stay to make sure we were getting on OK.

“Good price quality and clean apartment, use the taxi to go to the city center of Split”
+The apartment is spacious, its located , actually on the 3rd floor and the last flloor of the building, no elevtaor, you have to use the stairs, clean and with the aircon that is cool. , the parking is private and secured on the basement. its about 12 to 15 minutes by car to get to the Split harbor and see the Deocletian Palace or Split Old City. The taxi via bolt is about 12 Euros for 1 way. Better, as the parking fee in the City is a whopping 5 to 7 euros per hour! The apartment is aabout 100 meters from Studenac Market and 1 km from Plodine where we bought fruits and other food to eat.
−We were not able to go to the 10 minute walk nearby beach because of the public construction going on , on the beach. Definitely, its beyond the control of the owner. The Bacvice beach in the Split centre was full packed, we did not also swim there, We saw that there is no arrangement on that public beach, not enough umbrellas, no trees to get a shade, muddy not sandy beach, its not peaceful or relaxing at all.. stressful beach, i would day. Good thing we reserved our day excursion, so we swam in Brac and Milani, nearby islands from Split. However, indeed, the Deocletian Palace is beautiful,

+Denis is very helpful, it made everything he could to help us. The apartment was really clean, it has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, which is very good because it was really hot in Split. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare the meals and eat in, with a very nice plus, having dinner on the balcony :) Definitely recommend

“Very friendly host, once bathroom is sorted it will be a great place to stay.”
+The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was close to amenities and the parking was combine to and secure. Kitchen had everything we needed.
−There were major issues with the bathroom. From the moment we arrived we were told the washer was broken, bad news for a largely water and beach based holiday. There were issues with the shower being broken and flooding the bathroom. which the host did try and fix but it still effected the holiday. The shower in general was hard to use.
