“A wonderful apartment!”
+Absolutely loved our stay in the downstairs apartment. It was very compact but very comfortable and had everything we needed. Amazing choice of toiletries available as well as coffee, oil, salt..... The shower had good pressure and the bed was super comfortable. Great communication with the host and excellent wifi. The location was superb, only a short walk from the old centre and the promenade. Supermarket and restaurants also very close by. It was super quiet at night and we had the best sleep! The underfloor heading was wonderful in the evening. The apartment upstairs was vacant so we felt very comfortable sitting on the patio in the evenings. The washing machine was a bonus!

“A perfect stay in Split”
+Absolutely perfect. Great price, excellent location. The host Nina was lovely and easy to communicate with. I got very clear instructions before my arrival on how to locate and access the apartment. It was clean and tidy, and you could tell that the host had paid attention to detail. Would highly recommend for solo travellers.

+The location is fantastic. The host was helpful. Clean apartment but only for 1 person. Very difficult if you have luggage. 15 mins walking from the split bus station. The palace is 5 minute walk. Shops and stores are very close by. Peaceful area.
−The apartment is not for 2 people. It is very small. The bed is very small. Only one person can sleep. The other person who is sleeping has no space to get down from the bed. He has to crawl out. Only 1 bed side table provided. The 2nd person had to keep his phone,charger , and glasses on the floor. No place to open the suitcase.

+Absolutely spot on. Lovely accommodation in a great location. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The bed is cosy and comfy. Easy walk to all the main sites, bus station and ferry port. Highly recommend and would happily return. Nina is an excellent host and the instructions for directions and check in were brilliant. Thank you Nina you made my stay in Split really enjoyable.

+Beautiful, clean apartment within walking distance of the Old Town, about three or four minutes away. The apartment has absolutely everything you need. Very friendly host.
−The ground-floor location takes away some privacy because there is another apartment directly above. As a result, you either end up being in full view or living in dim light. A bit damp.

“Esperienza gradevole nel cuore di Spalato”
+L'appartamento (monolocale con bagno ) è in pieno centro della città di Spalato e vicinissimo allo stazionamento degli autobus . In una stradina silenziosa con solo accesso pedonale. Vicino ad un supermercato ( un po' caro) comodo per prendere il pane e il necessario su base quotidiana al rientro dalle escursioni o dal mare ( chiusura ora 21.00) Host disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza si rappresentasse.
−Le piastre elettriche della cucina sono veramente lente . Organizzarsi per tempo per bollire l'acqua per cucinare o cucinare in padella.
