“High quality, well equipped convenient location”
+Excellent location and size for a family with a toddler. Easily walkable to old town, and to lots of lovely swim areas along the edge of Marjan Forest. Selection of local supermarkets also made life easier. Very thoughtfully left chocolates and drinks in the fridge. Extremely well equipped kitchen, well stocked cleaning products, and small aspects like good quality toilet paper really made the difference. Black out blinds and good aircon were vital in the summer heat. Lots of towels and a washing machine and drier were very helpful additions. Owners friendly and responsive to messages and questions. VERY clean apartment, many appliances and sections like new (potentially just renovated?). Possibly the best accommodation we have stayed in in Europe where many owners seem to cost save with bad quality renovations, and sparse kitchen equipment. We appreciated the availability of brooms etc as we stayed a week Worth every penny

+Host was very great with communication and met me at the property upon arrival to explain how everything worked.
−My only main concern was that the wifi wasn't very strong in the bedroom.

+- Recently renovated apartment, equipped with brand new furnitures - Very big and comfy bed - Nice shower - Kitchen facilities - Within 10 min of old town and city park
−- The apartment building is old which means thin ceilings, which means you can hear footsteps, moving chairs, a kid running forth and back from the apartment above. For someone sensitive for these kind of sounds (like me) it’s kinda bothering. So although the inside of the apartment is perfect I wouldn’t book it again.

+Das Apartment ist einfach mega schön, modern und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. ✨ Die Geräte und die gesamte Ausstattung sind neu und hochwertig - man merkt sofort, dass hier auf Qualität geachtet wird. Wir haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. 🥰 Ein großes Dankeschön an die Besitzerin - alles war perfekt und super organisiert. Wir konnten sogar schon um 13 Uhr einchecken. Die Lage ist außerdem perfekt und sehr zentral. nach Stari Grad etwa 10 Minuten. Lidl und Ribola sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe, was zum Einkaufen sehr praktisch ist. 🛒 Für fussball Liebhaber stadium ist nicht weit entfernt und ein Besuch ist definitiv auch wert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung - besser geht’s kaum! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

+Wunderschöne Wohnung in top Lage - Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht und rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt - nah an der Altstadt, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist kompakt, aber super aufgeteilt: ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer, ein schönes Wohnzimmer und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die sehr moderne Einrichtung. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt: Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen (eine im Schlafzimmer und eine im Wohnzimmer), was für perfekten Komfort sorgt. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Frau Ana: Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat sich sogar darum gekümmert, Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine für uns zu besorgen - was in der Praxis definitiv nicht selbstverständlich ist! Mit so viel Ausstattungsqualität und Gastfreundschaft hatten wir gar nicht gerechnet. Wir waren wirklich sehr positiv überrascht und kommen gerne wieder!

+Manglet ingenting i leiligheten som fremstod som helt ny. Veldig rent. Rolig område med gangavstand til gamlebyen i Split og til Marjan-parken. God kommunikasjon med husverten. Anbefales!
