+Our stay at Apartment Herc in Split was great. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location is perfect , close to the city center and everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it.

“Central location, value for money”
+Walking distance to all attractions, ferry, train, bus. Apartment well equipped. Entrance off the street, down a walkway. Value for money and plenty of restaurants within a minutes walk.

“Great location, spacious apartment”
+The location of the place is excellent. It's walking distance from the old town, the riva boardwalk, and the Bacvice beach. Free Parking on the nearby streets was relatively easy. The staff was very polite and helpful. She even proposed us herself a late check-out. The place has two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, so, it's spacious and cozy. The price-to-amenities ratio was very good.

“Pas de coup de cœur...”
+L'emplacement, le matelas, l'abondance des produits à disposition.
−Trop peu lumineux, pas de soleil. Propreté laissant à désirer en particulier le micro ondes. Il manque un épluche légumes et une paire de ciseaux. .

“Összességében jól éreztem magam.”
+Nagyszerű helyen van, gyakorlatilag 10 perc séta a strand, a riva, kb. minden, ami az ottléthez kell. Vonattal utaztam, így nekem elsődleges szempont volt a szállás közelsége, ami itt adott. Kb 5-6 perc séta a vasútállomás és a buszállomás is. Pozitív volt, hogy a szállásadó nem zárkózótt el plusz kulcs adásától, ugyanis a barátnőmmel utaztam, akivel nem mindig együtt és ugyanott mozogtunk.
−Hiányos volt a lakás felszereltsége. Nem volt például csak egyetlen kiskanál. Jó lett volna, ha van konyhai törlőkendő is. A hűtő fagyasztó részének az ajtaja el volt törve, így teljesen bejegesedett, nem is fért bele két kicsi jégakkun kívül semmi. A fürdőszobában van egy szuper mosógép, ami mellé jó lett volna, ha van mosószer. Tudom, ezek apróságok, mégis nekem fontos lett volna a komfortérzetemhez, ráadásul, ha minden ilyet cipelni kell magunkkal, hát nem lenne valami élvezetes a nyaralás.

“Tutto bene ma si può certamente migliorare.”
+La posizione principalmente.
−Un pò troppo costoso. Per chi ha alloggiato per una settimana andrebbe previsto il cambio della biancheria, asciugamani in primis. Inutili residui di cibo trovati all'arrivo. Insomma una maggior cura nei dettagli dei già piccoli locali sarebbe consigliabile. Rendere più scorrevole l'acqua dal piano doccia.

“Posizione ideale”
+Posizione spettacolare, a due passi dai moli per le escursioni in barca e dal centro storico. Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale, dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno tranquillo. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale. L'host ci ha anche gentilmente concesso di lasciare i bagagli dal checkout (alle 10.30) alla partenza per l'aeroporto (alle 19.00).
−Noi eravamo in 3, ma in realtà il numero ideale di ospiti è 2.

“Decepcionante”
+Excelente ubicación, está bien equipado.
−Muy chico, estaba sucio cuando llegamos con polvo y tierra en el piso. La anfitriona con trato hostil, pasivo agresivo. Pago del alojamiento solo con efectivo. Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente y la anfitriona nos dijo que no podía hacer nada al respecto.
