“Spacious apartment next to Split mall”
+Spacious, great couch and kitchen set up. I was unfortunately sick during the stay but found out very quickly there was satellite TV - which made my stay much better! Overall a good stay, great to have a washing machine. It was nicer than what I expected. The owner helped us with our suitcases up and down the stairs. Great location, 2 min walk from the bus stop and 5 mins from the shopping centre.
−Only minor things: Unfortunately the air conditioner is in the living room and does not flow well to the bedroom. We tried putting the fan in the living room to blow the cool air into the bedroom but it didn't help much. Sound travels through the stairs into the apartment. Could have had newer towels and sheets. We were plagued by a mosquito (not the fault of the accommodation).

+Lovely apartment with everything you need for a long or short stay. Great location especially if you don't have a car. The host was brilliant, responsive and nothing was to much trouble if you had any questions or needed anything. We will definitely stay again.

“Definitely recommend, would stay again”
+The owner is great, he explains all well, answers very fast, really interested that his guests feel at home. The apartment is spacious and clean. I have stayed at many apartments using booking. This one is very clean, everything works, water goes well. Furniture is high quality, not the cheapest "paper-made" stuff for renting out. I would say furniture is big people friendly. Shower you need to step in, like 10cm up. So if you have problems with knees, use crutches, last weeks pregnant or have 3+ stage of obesity for you it will be completed to fit in. However, if not one of above, it's perfectly fine. So I wouldn't count it as a minus. View from the balcony is beautiful. 3 min away is a huge mall with beautiful view at the mountains. Both in the morning and in the evening you can sit in a cafe/food court and enjoy! Did not have a car but wasn't a problem. 5min walk is a bus stop, 15minutes to Stobrec beach. (Bus 25). Another bus stop is to the center, also 5min and 15 minutes ride. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Split
