+Clean, very close to the supermarket. Far from beach.
−The apartment rental service is TERRIBLE. Their customer service is horrible. It seems like they only care until you pay, and then the service is terrible. For example, they ask you to sign a check-in time. I did this three days before arriving. I sent four more emails asking if there was a possibility of an early check-in, but they simply didn't respond. Upon arrival, we spent almost an hour and a half trying to call their phone number, and NOTHING. Be careful if you need any help from the apartment rental company.

“Good for a short stay”
+Overall, the apartment was fine. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay and the neighborhood was generally quiet and pleasant, with a little supermarket infront of the building.
−The apartment is on the third floor and there's no elevator, which might be an issue for some. The bathtub doesn't have a curtain, so taking a shower tends to flood the bathroom - especially inconvenient for women. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and it can get quite warm in the bedroom during summer The apartment is a long walk from the city center (35mins walk), but Uber costs 5-7€

“Relaxing and comfortable stay in a quiet neighbourhood.”
+The qualities of furnishings, utilities, and linen of the apartment are very nice. Host is very kind as to offer me various drinks and snacks. Overall it is a comfy and enjoyable stay in a quiet neighbourhood.
−Some difficulties encountered in checking in. I confirmed the arrival time through the Booking.com app but no one responded. Actually for the few apartments in Croatia booked through Booking.com had the same issue. Several automatic email messages were sent to me but my confirmation was not acknowledged. The procedure needs to be streamlined to ensure a stress free and smooth check in.

+Quiet location - room facilities good .
−Air con was not in the bedroom - but no problem for 2 of us as we put out the sofa bed where air con was Bit of a walk - we used ober €7 ish most of the time

−neighbours abused us on arrival about having bicycles. the name of the apartment is Gordana but that name is not on the entrance so we couldn’t find it. suggest you put Gordana Muslim on your booking.com account so guests can recognise it. also only having one set of keys is a nuisance because we can’t go out separately

+The host was so lovely and helpful even though she spoke no English, even brought us breakfast on our last day. The apartment was spacious and clean and the washing machine was very handy.
−It was a bit far to walk to the beach or The Old Town so we hired a scooter which was great. The hand held shower head in the bath and no shower curtain did make for a flooded bathroom.

+Clean apartman with older furniture, but all clean and with enought space. Ideal for travel fro 2 persons.
−little bit complicated/long communication with agency, which is administer of this appartmen. Agency is communicating with owner directly, not the guest.
