+The apartment was very clean and spacious and there was a nice breeze at night. We had parking in front of the property and awashing machine that made our stay with kids a lot more manageable. But what made this stay stabd out from the rest was the owners. It is family run and the owners were very welcoming as if they knew us from before. They made us feel very welcomed and little details made us love them. For instance, they changed the towels every 2-3 days and brought us freshly cut watermelon and grapes. I was also suprised with a souvenir gift on my birthday (Andry) and truly made our stay so memorable. We thank you so vedy much for the wonderful stay and we will surely return.

−-the space was too big for only one AC, if we come during a heat wave at least make some effort to turn it on prior the arrival -please, do not offer a welcome refreshment juice that was already open -the location is actually not that good, it’s like the end of a road, very hard to reach even by car. You can see the sea from the balcony, but can’t reach it that easy -It felt unpleasant walking pass the Host, since this is a sharing house -it was funny to see stuff ‘hidden’ behind the sofa in the living room (vacuum cleaner, deck chair, etc..)

−No AC in bedrooms. The owners kept turning AC in living room off when I wasn't in. Bedrooms couldn't cool down...

+Wonderful and welcoming hosts. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is located close to a nice beach. There was some construction work nearby, but it wasn't noisy and did not disturb us. The hosts live on the first floor, which made us feel safe and well looked after. We highly recommend this place👍

+Le logement est spacieux et propre. Le linge de maison est en quantité suffisante. La proximité de Znjan beach (5 -10 min à pied) avec ses bars et restaurants est un plus. La petite machine à laver est appréciable.
−Le logement se trouve dans un quartier en construction : le matin, les premiers engins de chantier démarrent à 6hoo. Le bruit et la poussière ne permettent pas de dormir tard ou de profiter de la terrasse de façon agréable. Vous aurez la vue sur les grues et les bâtiments en construction. Vu le nombre d'immeubles en chantier, les désagréments vont durer encore longtemps. Il serait bien de le préciser avant la réservation, ainsi les vacanciers peuvent choisir le logement en toute connaissance de cause. L'hôte exige que la clim (un seul bloc pour tout le logement, c'est trop peu) soit éteinte quand vous n'êtes pas dans le logement. Par conséquent, il fait trop chaud dans les chambres malgré les petits ventilateurs ... Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner correctement la TV (connexion internet trop faible ?), le lave vaisselle non plus, les siphons de la salle de bain sont bouchés et s'évacuent mal. Bref, un rapport qualité/prix médiocre.

−Livello di pulizia (oltre 900 euro 5 notti preso di proposito per avere qualità superiore altrimenti c'erano tantissime altre strutture a prezzi inferiori) per me inaccettabile. Premetto che sono allergica alla polvere quindi i tappeti a pelo lungo sono veleno. Ma volendo si possono tenere a condizione che vengano puliti adeguatamente. Il tappeto in sala era un cumulo di capelli e polvere, tanto che ho dovuto arrotolarlo e metterlo in un angolo. Appena arrivata ho dovuto passare la scopa perché per terra c'era di tutto. Avrei dovuto passare anche sotto i divani perché c'era uno strato talmente sedimentato di polvere che quasi forse avrei dovuto cercare reperti archeologici... Ho comprato del pane, l'ho messo in cucina e sono andata a fare una doccia. Tornata il lavandino e il pane erano completamente invasi da formiche (dopo ho notato il veleno a terra) e ho passato oltre 1 ora a pulire tutto e disinfettare perché che schifo! E ciao ciao pane volato nel cestino. Non sono stata a dire alla proprietaria di pulire perché onestamente di fare polemica in vacanza non avevo proprio voglia, però ecco piccolo consiglio non richiesto: meno caramelle in omaggio ma magari anche meno polvere a
