“Perfect apartment in perfect location”
+The apartment was perfect for us - two adults and two kids. The location was brilliant, with the beach a very short walk in one direction and Diocletian’s Palace a very short walk in the other. There are also several supermarkets within a 2 minute walk. Despite the central location it was quiet and peaceful 24/7. The rooms were lovely, very clean and comfortable, lots of cooking facilities plus there was milk and snacks awaiting us when we arrived (which was very useful as it was quite late at night). It was also so handy having a washing machine. Communication with Sandra was perfect. We would recommend this property to any families visiting Split!
−We liked everything but we did run out of hot water a couple of times in the shower

“Great location in Split”
+Our host was very welcoming, informative and met us at the property and allow us check in early. Apartment was clean & beds are comfortable. Location within walking distance from bus/train/ferry station and Old Town. Highly recommended!!!

“Would return!”
+We loved how close to was to the main old town. The hosts were friendly and offered to help with luggage and getting keys etc. Apt was well equipped with everything we needed and even more than expected
−The shower was slow to drain at times and one room didn’t have air con. However, they did provide a fan.

+Very central location. Lots of homely touches that made you convertible including towels to use at the beach. Very nicely decorated.
−Smokey smell in the communal corridor and entrance to building.

“A perfect place for a getaway”
+Beautifully appointed, well decorated, spacious and comfortable. Exceptionally clean, the bottled water and snacks on arrival are a lovely touch. Amenities are great, was very helpful having a washing machine and clothed rack. Air conditioning was a blessing with the heat, location is perfect, Sandra was very accommodating with luggage storage and an extra hour on checkout. Thank you, will book again if ever in Split. Would highly recommend.

“Séjour agréable”
+Appartement très agréable et bien équipé à deux pas du port et de la Riva. Arrivée et départ très faciles et bien expliqués par l'hôte qui est très gentille.
−La peut être un peu bruyante si vous laissez les fenêtres ouvertes le soir, mais c'est vraiment le seul petit bémol de cet appartement.
