“Very clean well equipped spacious apartment with a view above Lovran”
+The apartment was clean and cosy, also with a well equipped kitchen for a few days stay. The view is great to the sea from the balcony. The place has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a living room together with the kitchen. The flat is spacious. For the youth the location is good by walk from the city center (15 mins uphill), but with the elderly it is easier by car. The place also has two parking spots within the garden.
−The traffic sometimes can be loud on the street front, so you might sleep at closed windows.

“Exceptional”
+Modern and very well equipped appartment. Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and enough storage space. There are 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers. Kitchen provided everything we needed and we enjoyd stunning views from dining area and living room. Definitely recommend

“Entspannter Aufenthalt in einem großzügigen Apartment”
+Apartment Div ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert in beide Richtungen (die ersten Tage im Mai waren sehr frisch, dann wurde es richtig warm). Der Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich ist sehr großzügig. In zwei der drei Schlafzimmer gibt es Fernsehen. Die Badezimmer sind neuwertig und sehr hübsch. Der Blick von Balkon und Terrasse Richtung Meer ist wirklich schön. Wem es tagsüber zu warm auf dem Balkon wird, der kann sich auf die Terrasse zurückziehen. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Der Hund war willkommen und Körbchen sowie Leckerli standen für ihn bereit. Unten im Haus gibt es Kater Bruno, der gerne kurz vorbeischaut, jedoch distanziert bleibt. Die Altstadt von Lovran ist bezaubernd. Der Lungomare immer wieder einen langen Spaziergang wert.

+Nasza ocena apartamentu to 10, ale gdyby skala była większa, to z pewnością dalibyśmy więcej. I dodam, że zazwyczaj opis i zdjęcia obiektu daleko upiększają rzeczywistość, a oceny gości są zawyżane. Tym razem wszystko się nadzwyczaj zgadzało, wyposażenie było nowe i sprawne, a przestrzeń wewnątrz apartamentu wyjątkowa. Jedynym minusem był brak ogrzewania, ale byliśmy tam w marcu, w okresie ataku zimy, a śnieg przykrył wszystkie góry nad Rijeką, a także pobliską Uckę. Ale przecież nikt do Lovranu na wakacje nie przyjeżdża o takiej porze roku jak my, a jedynie w ciepłym okresie. A wtedy korzysta się z klimatyzacji, która jest w każdym pomieszczeniu. Jeszcze raz polecamy!

“Super wakacje, w super miejscu :-)”
+Bardzo ładny i wygodny apartament. Czysty. Piękny widok na morze. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Zostaliśmy bardzo mile przywitani przez panią Patricija. Apartament położony w cichej, spokojnej okolicy, na wzgórzu. Do centrum Lovran kilka minut samochodem, około 15 minut pieszo. Miasteczko malownicze, z wieloma restauracjami i kafejkami. Polecam restaurację - pizzerię Delfino. Wzdłuż wybrzeża ciekawa promenada łącząca kilka miejscowości. Plaże miejskie dosyć tłoczne. Doradzam szukanie bardziej ustronnych np. plaża Cesara.
