“Excellent apartment”
+The apartment is excellent, roomy, quiet and the location is ideal.
−Nothing. No kidding, for a stay in Split you will not find better.

“Overall a very good experience”
+We had wine and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. The apartment was clean, fully equipped for cooking, and with sufficient fresh towels. It has a comfortable dining area, a comfortable living room, and a decent balcony. The two ACs, one upstairs close to the bedroom, were very useful (in the hot summer). Communication with Ana was easy and pleasant; she was also kind enough to let us check out late.
−The bed pillows were too big for us. Light comes into the bedroom through the door, which we preferred not to close to allow the AC air to flow in."

“Home away from home.”
+The location of this apartment is brilliant it’s almost central with easy access to everything but far away from noise. The apartment is spacious and comfortable it’s got everything you may need high speed internet, descent air conditioning, washing machine and ironing board and iron. Also place to dry your towels after the day at the beach.
−If you not a fan of stairs there are 2 flight of stairs to get to the apartment then a stairs inside as it’s a duplex and your bedroom is up the stairs.

“AMAZING!”
+We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect,close enough to walk to the Old Town, beaches, restaurants, and the harbour, while still being in a peaceful area. The host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. Check-in was simple, and they gave us some great local recommendations that made our trip even better. The apartment itself was modern, comfortable, and exactly as described, with a lovely atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how well equipped it was. We would 100% stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Split. Thank you for helping make our holiday so memorable!

“Comfortable and spacious apartment in amazing location”
+We absolutely loved the location - so convenient for both beach and town which was great. All the shops and markets on your doorstep for food shopping. It was a very spacious and comfortable apartment and everything had been provided for our convenience - even down to sewing kit and indoor slippers! We loved the addition of the coffee machine which was also very appreciated. We really enjoyed having the balcony to sit out on and eat with a view of beautifully tended grape vines!
−We felt some aspects are beginning to feel a little in need of an upgrade...Eg the oven did not work and the settings were completely worn out. Low beams in the bedroom and bathroom and no ac in the bedroom. Some of the louvres on the shutters didn't stay open.

“Fab apartment in an ideal location”
+Fabulous location near to the old town, the beaches, markets, bus station etc. The apartment is really comfortable. The bed is a king size with a lovely memory foam mattress. There is air conditioning which works really well. It was also nice to have two toilets! The main bathroom has an excellent shower.
−No toaster or grill. Also, we couldn't work out how to use the oven. We didn't actually try until the penultimate day so it wasn't really a problem. Communication with Ana was excellent and she responded quickly to all queries.

“Sunny holidays in Split”
+Apartment is Perfect location, near old town, near of everything you can need. Apartment is clean with good equipments etc. It has large and quiet own sunny terace. The stairs are not suitable for people with bad feet. And ofcourse, apartment has a very Frendly host !! Thank You. We hope we have possibility come back some day in future.
