+It was very spacious and had everything we needed, good location didn’t need to walk too far to the beach or to the old town. Had a small shop just across the road if we needed anything :)

“Uncomfortable and Smelly”
+The apartment was spacious. We received a welcome wine.
−A huge smell of detergents and chemicals all around the place made it hard to breathe in the first few days and even led to allergies. The towels and some of the dishes were dirty. One of the beds was very uncomfortable and squeaky. The dishwasher also didn''t work!

“Great longer stay apartment”
+It is spacious and well equipped.Good location, not far from the old town with plenty of local amenities. The appt is on the 4th floor, if you don't want to get fit on your holiday the lift is in good working order.
−Located on a busy intersection, it might not suit everybody if you want a quiet place. Shutting the window and turning on the ac helps. Fine for us but better you know in advance.

“Spacious central location”
+Spacious apartment with a central location and about 20 mins walk to old city. there is also a lift to the 4th floor.
−There is only one air con in the living room so the back second room was too hot to sleep in even with windows open. hence, we just slept in the living room and the main bedroom. This one air con thing seems to be the norm in Croatia tho. The noise from the main road makes opening all the apartment windows not possible as you can hear the traffic from the main road even after midnight.

“Pre nenarocnych dovolenkarov bez deti”
+Komunikacia s hostitelkou bola dobra, na spravy reagovala pomerne rychlo, ubytovanie bolo ciste, vybavene zakladnymi potrebami (od cistiacich prostriedkov, nadob a hrncov, dokonca kozmetickych damskych potrieb, po kavu, caj, sol). Dostali sme na privitanie flasu vina za co dakujeme. Blizko bytu su potraviny, nejake bary/kaviarne, palacinkaren, vecerny fast food, 5 minut cesty zeleninovy trh, autobusove zastavky.
−Byt sa nachadza na sidlisku, ak pridete autom, musite vyuzit dostupne parkovacie miesta na okolitych parkoviskach. Dostat sa peso na plaz Bacvice trva cca 20 min, z plaze viac kedze je to hore kopcom. Do centra je to zhruba rovnako alebo trosku viac. Pre rodinu s detmi je to komplikovane, ak sa neplanujete presuvat autom. Parkovanie v centre a v blizkosti plazi je samozrejme spoplatnene. Treba si pozistovat autobusove spojenia (nie vzdy sa dalo spolahnut na info o odchodoch cez google maps, na zastavkach chybaju informacie o dopravnych poriadkoch, internetova stranka mhd je dost neprehladna). V byte je klimatizacia iba v obyvacke, kde je ustlane jednolozko a je v nej aj gauc (mozno rozkladaci, ale bez postelnej bielizne). V dvoch spalnach bola teplota vnoci cez 30 stupnov, na oknach nie su sietky a kedze potrebujete celu noc mat otvorene, ratajte s komarmi. Chybaju aj tieniace zavesy/rolety, takze hned od svitania mate v izbach svetlo. V kupelni so zachodom nefunguje ventilator. V ubytovani chyba mikrovlnka, da sa pouzit iba sporak, na ktorom sme vnoci ohrievali synovi mlieko. Matrace na posteliach su vylezane, strasne mäkke a postel v jednej izbe ako aj v obyvacke vrzga pri kazdom

“Trop cher pour le quartier”
+Nous avons eu le droit a une petite box de bienvenue avec des produit pour se laver. Des produits d'hygiene intime sont disponible dans la salle de douche. Les lits étaient confortables. Il y avait la climatisation dans la pièce principale. Il y a un ascenseur petit mais présent. L'hôte était a l'écoute et disponible.
−Le quartier, on dirait que nous sommes dans un HLM mal fréquenté. Au niveau de la douche, le grand pommeau de douche est mal mis donc inutilisable. Le petit balcon est seulement sur une des chambres et sales. Trop cher pour la prestation. 25 min a pied du centre, donc n'est pas dans le centre même de Split.
