+Location is excellent. 5 mins walk to the local shops and restaurants, 10 to get to the central sights. It's easy to pop back in the afternoon , cool off and then go out for dinner. Nearby are the restaurants locals go to rather that the tourist ones in the marina and old town. This makes the location even better. The apartment was very clean and well-decorated. 2 Large bedrooms with Aircon, very comfortable beds and lots of storage. View from one bedroom is spectacular, as shown in the photos. Large kitchen diner with large fridge freezer. We didn't cook so can't comment on equipment etc. Lounge was roomy, modern TV, a few side tables which were very useful. Overall, a clean well-equipped apartment very close to the old town and reasonably priced.
−The bathroom is small and on the ground floor. This means coming downstairs at night to use it. But really this is a very minor point. This did not affect us much but might be useful for others and is not obvious from maps etc...the area is a pedestrian zone so taxis can only drop off about 5mins walk away. This walk is either downhill with a lot of steps which is tricky with full suitcases or uphill without steps which again is a bit hard work going uphill. Some of it is cobbled. On the upside the pedestrian zone is great for strolling.

+Location was quiet & close to restaurants / shop & 5 mins to the main front of Split, it was perfect for us. it is part way up a hill which you have to walk to the accommodation & was spread across 2 floors with modern bedrooms & living room all with air conditioning.
−The bathroom is downstairs & rather small, the shower is powerful but hot water would only accommodate 2 of us at a time, it's not a cubicle it's a shower curtain due to the space available.

+Loistava sijainti rauhallisella kujalla, kauniilla, korkealla rinteellä. Hyvä kommunikaatio omistajan kanssa. Erittäin siististi pidetty paikka. Paikkaan oli erittäin tervetullut olo. Mielelläni tulisin uudelleen. Kiitos mukavasta majoituksesta! Erityinen maininta ilmastointilaitteista kaikissa huoneissa, erinomaisilla säädöillä mm. yöajaksi.

“Gorgeous apartment close to Split old town”
+The apartment had a great location to old town Split only 5 mins from the restaurants and a few minutes further to the main Split promenade. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short break air conditioning in every room which was a bonus and the most amazing view from the kitchen and single bedroom. I would 100% recommend Chiba apts when staying in Split. We were also lucky enough to be there for fireworks and saw it all from the apartment!

“If I ever come back to Split, I would stay here again and again”
+Clean, close to the city center. Comfortable beds. Super clean. Nice and kind host, drinks and snacks were available for us upon arrival! AC in every room which was perfect and needed. Loads of restaurants to choose from. Loads of market close by. I loved the walks through the streets. Things I found out staying there: - the two main rooms are upstairs and the Livingroom is downstairs with a very comfortable sofa bed that fits an adult and a child. - when arriving ask for a drop off at the split center, and walk towards the apartment, that way you only need to climb maybe 7 stairs comparing to 20+ (if you choose google maps closest road recommendation) - Choose Uber over Bolt, bolt has few specific pick up locations, Uber picks you up from city center. Both do drop off wherever
−- The bathroom space, it was tiny, but manageable. - No cars can get very close, so be prepared to carry your bags through stairs and uphill when arriving.

+Very good location, only a short walk to the Main Street. The hosts were very responsive and aided us with early check in. Was a really great and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.
