+The location, property and all the amenities very exceptional.. Host was very helpful and the cleaning lady was waiting to welcome us and also guided us with equipments and property access. The location was awesome, sea view facing balcony...two spacious bedroom and lovely dining and living room. It was very equipped and easy to go for tourist attached by walk. Supermarket like Tommy are on 5 min away walking distance.. It has elevator so no issues with luggage . Highly recommended for family and friends

+Property is absolutely lovely, perfect location a short walk away from both beach and city centre. Very clean, well-maintained and comfortable with amenities that we enjoyed including washer-dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer, and ironing board/iron. Matilda was an excellent host, super welcoming and friendly as well as very tolerant of our delayed flights. Matilda gave us some brilliant recommendations that we enjoyed, including Kasjuni beach (15min uber from property), 5-islands boat tour, and nice local restaurants. Absolutely wonderful stay! We are very grateful to Matilda for being such a kind host 😊

+Karmen was so welcoming upon arrival and accommodating, letting us drop our bags early. She gave us so many excellent recommendations for our short stay and the apartment was perfect. It was a short walk to the main areas in Split, with a variety of places to eat and drink. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay and with Karmen’s hospitality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Split!!!

“Perfect apartment would defo go back”
+Everything was perfect. Great location. We got uber XLs everywhere as there was 6 of us and cost us on average less then €2 pp to get in and out of the centre. Beach was a 10 min walk and there was a gas station open 24/7 right by. Apartment was very clean had every amenity we needed. There was a lockbox so we didn’t have to worry about the key which was nice. Would definitely reccomend. Owner was great and texted us right away if we had any problems
−Only thing is I wouldn’t recommend if your a very loud group as we did end up getting a noise complaint with no warning and to be honest we weren’t being over the top so definitely more suited for tamer groups

“Fab location and host”
+We were met at the apartment. Amazing host who went out of her way to help. Great location… 15 minutes easy safe walk to old town. Great cafe/ restaurant, supermarket, bakery and gym just across the road ! Every kitchen item you would need. Washing machine a great bonus !
