“Great for groups”
+It is a nice, perfectly clean property with great facilities and lovely staff. Location is fantastic, a bit of a walk to the centre but great nonetheless

“Great view, but needs maintenance”
+Great location and view. Apartment plan is perfect, very spatious and has everything that you need.
−The appartment is not properly maintained. It's clear the owner invested once and now just collects the money with minimal maintenence. We asked the property manager to fix ripped off toothbrush cup holders in the bathroom, ripped out / hanging electric socket in the living room and mirrow lights in the bathroom. The lights as a result were not fixed. Same with kitchen lights above the gas stove. The walls are dirty with stains everywhere and need to be refreshed in each room. The paint on the balcony ceiling has come off in several places. In terms of comfort - I asked if they could install towel hooks in the bathroom, because we literally had to throw the towels on the sink or hang on the bath side due to lack of hooks close to the shower. The manager just shrugged it off saying the apartment is not hers and she is just managing it (obviously she does not even have a budget for improvements). There are 2 air conditioners - one in the living room/kitchen and another one in the corridor - so if you want to keep your room cool at nights you will need to keep all the doors open, which is not ideal for privacy. +Balcony view was nice with sun most of the day. An extra toilet is located in the room with the washing machine. Definately good to have when you are a large family in the apartement. Our contact person Daniella was reachable and flexible.
−The pictures shows what you get (besides the extra toilet). The apartement was clean but also with clear signs of being used - some maintenance jobs and upgrade of kitchenware would improve the apartement. We have given some feedback directly to the owner about this, so hopefully it will be fixed.

“Superb”
+Great Apartment in Fabulous Location We stayed at a 6-bed apartment in Split. The apartment was perfectly located for beaches and close to the old town. We had amazing views over the yacht basin and out to sea. The location is very convenient and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and homely. It was well-equipped with all amenities and very clean. We appreciated the change of bedding and towels halfway through our stay. We really enjoyed the aircon - it was very warm during the 2-weeks we were there.

“First time in Split in April”
+The apartment was clean and well appointed, the kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals for the 6 of us. Lovely large open living space with lounge and dining areas and a large balcony we could sit out on. 2 toilets and a large bathroom. Great location for us about 1.5km from the centre with local beaches nearby, and views across the bay to the islands. Our Concierge Danijela was great, very welcoming with good clear communication in perfect English. She met us early at the apartment and provided some useful local information for us too.
−There was only 1 set of keys, As as group of 6 adults 2 sets would have been better but not a massive problem.

+Apparemment spacieux, confortable, magnifique terrasse avec vue, proximité des plages, de restaurants et la proximité du centre de Split à pieds (30 mn). Accueil et disponibilité de Jelena.
−Stationnement un peu compliqué, pas de " vraie" cafetière électrique, pas de grille pain
