+The apartment had everything we can think about and very comfortable and convenient. The garden was very quiet and relaxing and the sea around 5 minutes' walk, We tried nice restaurant about 5 minutes walking from the apartment facing the sea. The is a private free parking which was very convenient. The neighborhood is very enjoyable and relaxing.

+We loved our stay at this beautiful, modern, nicely furnished house, where we absolutely felt home! We chose it because of the garden and Padel club at walking distance 😊😉! We felt great! Host were always there for all our needs, while same time our privacy was fully respected! Highly recommended to everyone who wants to stay in the area!

“I can’t wait to come back!”
+My stay at Ivana’s place was incredible. I was greeted by a friendly neighbor and given a brief tour of the apartment and how to work the shades, lock, water heater etc. The fridge was stocked with water, juice and milk. The host has thought of everything - ice cubes and an ice pack for picnics, mosquito repellent if you spend the evening on the patio, tea and coffee and plenty of kitchen gadgets. The apt was immaculate the cleanest property I’ve ever been in! Ivana was extremely responsive on WhatsApp and went above and beyond offering recommendations and even calling a restaurant for a reservation (even though we weren’t able to get one. Call ahead for Charlie’s!). The neighborhood is adorable, safe and the beach, groceries, atms and restaurants were all easily accessible on foot.

“I would stay longer if I could. Definitely place to come back”
+Everything, literally. Comfortable bed, sofa is great, possibility to cook or dine in neighborhood, stores nearby, 5 min to the very good beach. We enjoyed our breakfast in the garden under lemon tree :)
−Could be more hooks in bathroom. It’s enough for hand towels but nowhere to hang shower towels

“Great, but NOT in Split”
+Great apartment with private parking spot, but very steep and narrow streets to arrive there. Everything was good for us.
−Just be careful, this apartment is NOT in Split. 15 /20 min by car to the city, but you can’t just walk there. We didn’t realize this when we booked it and only when we received the address from the landlord on the day of our check-in, so it was not possible for us to cancel our reservation anymore.

“AGRADABLE - RECOMENDABLE”
+El apartamento es cómodo para 3 o máximo 4 personas. Tiene buena luz natural. La cocina está bien equipada. Tiene aparcamiento en el mismo sitio. Está bien ubicado
−Ducha muy pequeña y el inodoro se movía ya que estaba suelto. La nevera tiene la puerta a juego con el mobiliario de cocina pero no tiene tirador y se hace difícil su apertura.

+Das Apartment war sehr sauber und bot alles, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung war der Kühlschrank schon mit kaltem Wasser, Milch und Saft gefüllt, außerdem Kekse. Der Parkplatz war direkt am Haus, was sehr bequem war.
−Die Lage war ok. Leider war es aber doch recht weit bis Split, nicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand war ok.

“Comfortable convenient and highly recommended”
+It is very close to the beach which easy to enjoy the sea and there are some restaurants, supermarket around. Host is very friendly and provided all help in time. The free parking is available though the parking lot is a little bit narrow. The apartment has all facilities to ensure the comfortable staying here. Highly recommended.
