+Location. Equipped kitchen. Washing machine and detergent available. Clean. Helpful communication.
−Parking is a problem. Smallish bedroom. Old block and furnishing ( felt like visiting grandmother's house!)

+Breakfast was not provided. The apartment was not in a great part of town, although there was a food store not far away, so we could purchase essentials. There was also a bus which took us into town.
−I slept in the second bedroom. The light fitting only had one globe out of 6 working,, so there was no way I could read. I could not find a sheet for the bed, so used a mattress protector. Could not find a bed covering either, so had to improvise. We did not meet the host/hostess, so nothing was explained to us.

“Pleasant and affordable stay in a nice area close enough to the city centre with plenty of amenities for comfort.”
+A very nice and clean apartment with everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Split. At our pace it was a 20-30 minute walk from the centre (slight uphill when going to the apartment and downhill when going to the centre). The apartment was in a pleasant area with plenty of grocery stores if you choose to cook at home.
−Everything else worked great from the washing machine to the air conditioning and dishwasher, but the handle that usually holds the showerhead above your head was broken, so showering was a little uncomfortable. This is a cheap and easy fix that I hope is made soon!

“Good place to stay for a vacation or work”
+very spacious apartment, it was big for 2 of us :) - the kitchen has everything you need and even more - nice common space with kitchen, dining table and sofa - good wi-fi signal - walking distance to old town is 15-20 min - walking distance to bus station is 12-15 min (to airport or Trogir, for example)
−small bath towels, 1 towel per person should have bigger size

+The apartment was big enough for three people. Spacious common space and a nice bathroom. Also the position is just 15 minutes walking towards the center.

+El precio
−La zona, el edificio era viejo, estaba un poco sucio, una zona alejada del centro y oscura para transitar, difícil para aparcar
