“superb!”
+I stayed here for seven nights at the end of June and the beginning of July, and had a fantastic experience. Communication with the host was excellent from the start. I was able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated, and every question I had was answered almost instantly. The apartment is a modern, two-bedroom flat on the fifth (top) floor of a new building. Although there isn't much of a view, the spacious balcony more than makes up for it. The main bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom has bunk beds, making it perfect for families with children. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, which worked perfectly and was a real bonus during the hot summer weather. The apartment is around 60 m², very clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet. There is a medical school opposite the building, but it was closed for the summer holidays, so the area was very peaceful. The location is also excellent. SPAR is only a five-minute walk away, Lidl is about 15 minutes on foot, and there's a small convenience store just 200 metres from the apartment. The nearest beaches can be reached in around 15 minutes by foot, or about 20 minutes if you're heading to Bačvi

+The apartment was very clean and smelled really nice. The host left chocolate bars, beer, water, and juice in the freezer as a welcome gift, which was great. I was also surprised to find my favorite coffee (Nespresso) with lots of capsules to use. There was warm water, air conditioning in three rooms, a balcony for sitting outside, and very fast Wi-Fi. The couch in the living room was super comfy, just like the beds , I even fell asleep on it. The kitchen had everything we needed: freezer, fridge, microwave, oven, TV, glasses, plates, and more. It was all very clean and ready to use. The host was very friendly and gave us access to the garage, so we could park the car right away. Check-in was easy, we just took the keys from the lock box ourselves. The apartment is big enough, good for families or anyone who likes a quiet place. The street is calm with no noise, and there is a big shop 2 minutes away that has everything from food to other daily things. We had a really good stay and I would recommend it.

“Great stay for families”
+We liked that the apartment was very spacious and had a private parking. We had everything we needed, water, coffee, tea, even got some chocolate in the fridge. It was great to have a washing machine and a dishwasher. Also the location is close to the beach. There are restaurants and markets around.
−It was a bit tricky to open the front door but other than that everyting was ok.

“Excellent apartment - wholly recommend”
+We really enjoyed staying here. It is a clean, modern, spacious apartment, with AC in every room. The host Marina was wonderful, really helpful and kind. The closest beach is only a 10-min walk away, and it's one of the favourite beaches of the locals. There's also a small supermarket (Tommy) a couple of mins away. Absolutely recommend staying here.

“Apartment Away - close to Split Hospital”
+It was a great location for us as needed an overnight stay near main hospital. It was easily accessible, clean and had washing machine and dryer (which was essential!). The host allowed us to check in quickly after booking and was really friendly!

“Чудові апартаменти з паркінгом та в спокійному районі міста”
+Апартаменти перевищили всі очікування. Розташовані у районі лікарні на спокійній вулиці. Великий плюс - наявність паркомісця в підземному паркінгу. До моря біля 10 хвилин пішки, до старого міста біля 30 хвилин спокійної ходи. Поряд розташовані різні магазини (Spar, Lidl, Tommy), також поряд автобусна зупинка.

“Doći ćemo opet!”
+Domaćini su divni!Stan je odličan,moderno uređen,ima sve sto je potrebno;tablete za perilicu za suđe i za perilicu odjeće,kapsule za aparat za kavu,wc papir,fen,posteljinu,ručnike,toster,kuhalo za vodu…..Kreveti su jako udobni.Klime su u sobama i dnevnom boravku. Lokacija je izvaredna.10 min hodanja do plaže,20min do centra grada,a autobusna stanica je odmah tu.U sklopu zgrade je i odličan kafić,pored je konoba More (odlicna hrana sa normalnim cijenama),u zgradi prekoputa su rent a car agencije.Ducan Tommy je u neposrednoj blizini. Jos jednom hvala na svemu!🤗🥰
