−Unfortunately, our experience with this property and the host was extremely unpleasant. We found the host’s behavior unprofessional, and we were unfairly accused of several things after our departure. After we returned the key, I spoke with the host on the phone because we had initially planned to extend our stay. However, something personal came up and we were no longer able to extend it. My girlfriend returned to the apartment to wash the towels we had used. After handing over the key, I waited for approximately 30 minutes outside on the street while she finished. During this time, the host remained in the apartment, and I spoke with her on the phone. At that point, everything seemed to be completely fine. However, after we left, the host checked our garbage bags and accused us of smoking inside the apartment. This is completely untrue. We had received the house rules, which clearly stated that smoking was allowed outside, and we respected that rule. The problem is that there was no designated place outside to dispose of cigarette butts, so we collected them and threw them away in the garbage. The host then used this as an excuse to claim that we had been smoking inside the apart

“For the quality and the general cleanliness (or lack there of) the price is not justified.”
−The apartment was very dirty. Kitchen equipment, for example kettle and pots had massive amount of (hopefully) limescale built up. Strong cat urine smell in the building. Dust everywhere. Beds were not made up, we had to put on the bedding ourself.

“Affordable stay in Kopenhagen”
+The appartment was close to the metro station. There is a grocery shop next to it. For Kopenhagen it was affordable and quite spacious. You get what you pay for and it is what it is...
−The kitchen was dirty. There was a mouldy coffee filter in the coffee maker :( and I didn't trust that the pots and pans where clean, so before use I would do rinse them properly. The whole appartment was dusty. Bathroom was cleanish, it had a misterous vague cigarette smell about it. The curtain rail in the small room was broken.

“okish place to stay”
+Location is great, a lot of markets around and 8 minutes away from train that takes you to city center.
−VERY EXPENSIVE - beds are not the best and everything else in the house is old. you can't even use the bedroom dresser.

“Handy second floor apartment, within biking distance of Copenhagen”
+Good location and easy to find with clear instructions. Secure space for our bikes and well equipped. Lovely balcony and it is handy for the shops on the street below. There is a double bed in its own bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom then twin beds within a living/dining room. It is spacious with seating to eat in both the kitchen and living space. Lovely outlook to trees at the back and the street at the front.
−There is no lift and it is on the second floor so bear in mind if have mobility problems.
