“Not really as described”
+Location great. The apartment was in a former Communist type property
−Advertised as two bedrooms but had only one bedroom with sofa beds in the living area. The bathroom was tiny

“Perfect for what I needed (solo, male, Brit)”
+The price, for what you get, is insane. A full apartment, with new air con, washing machine, complete privacy, two mins from tram lines into the centre and five mins from Vardar tube station too. On the same line as the airport, and key collection very easy. WiFi was great, host accomodating with my late arrival etc and all round a great little spot. And the shower *chef's kiss* so hot and powerful.
−Perhaps the cleaning could have been a tad more thorough, but not a big deal at all. It is a residential apartment adapted for letting, so you can't expect a hotel. The bed is a tad squeaky, but only on one side. But I slept well, and for a solo traveller it was brilliant.

+I Loved everything about the apartment, the landlord most especially. He was so nice, responsive and understanding and most of all very helpful. I would highly recommend here to everyone and would definitely come here if possible. This is probably like my best stay ever.

“I left the property after just 30 minutes!!”
−The key was stored in a market far from the property, which was very inconvenient, especially after a tiring flight, airport procedures, and carrying luggage. It would be much better if the owner arranged keyless access or personally delivered the keys. The stairs and the property floor were wet and had not been dried properly after cleaning. The bedroom sheets did not look clean, and both the bed and sofa beds were so old that the steel springs could be felt, making them impossible to sleep on. The kitchen was not clean at all. The sink had disgusting stains, the kettle was dirty, and the microwave had a strong rotten smell. Overall, I could not stay in the kitchen for even five minutes, let alone use it for food preparation. Unfortunately, I did not remember to take photos because I was shocked. All I could think about was how to arrange another place to stay.

“Ще се върнем отново и ще препоръчаме на приятели”
+Местоположението - близо до метро и трамвай. Близо до фатастико, лидл, юск и др. Телевизор с много канали, резервни зарядни за различни неща. Достатъчно възглавници, одеала, топ матраци за разтегателните дивани, не много но достатъчна посуда в кухнята, работещи хладилник, микровълнова, кафемашина, пералня, готварска печка, ютия, сешоар, прахосмукачка, дори обувалка и чадър за дъжд на портмантото. Безупречен интернет!!!
−По-старателно изчистване на паяжини и паяци. Нахапаха ни, алергични сме и трябваше да пием лекарства (бяхме подготвени) Моля, сложете комарници на прозорците, може би това ще реши и проблема с паяците. Банята се нуждае вече от професионален ремонт. На 2 ет., без асансьор не е проблем, но предупреждавайте, че с куфари е сложно)))
