“Recomendable”
+The appartment ist very pleasant easy to reach by public transportation and fortunately a little bit out of the tourist crowd. Gut equipped for a short stay.

+The location was very good, around a 10-15 minute walk from the city center. The neighbourhood was quiet, with a supermarket nearby and a couple of nice coffee shops within walking distance. The kitchen was a good size and had the necessary utensils for cooking.
−There were several areas where the stay could be improved. The host mentioned that clean filtered water would be provided daily, but this did not happen during my stay. The kitchen was also stocked with leftover food from previous guests, including multiple packs of pasta with different expiration dates, which did not feel ideal. Although the wardrobe looks like a stylish design feature in the photos, in reality it is quite old and worn. The doors do not close properly, and it was filled with various items left by the host, such as old books, board games, and blankets, leaving limited practical storage space. Communication with the host was disappointing. When I tried to contact them through WhatsApp using the provided phone number, I was told that they only communicate through Booking.com. However, when I needed assistance during the stay, my messages received no response. The only communication I received from the host was regarding payment of the city tax to a provided account, which was unclear to me. “Nice place, good stay, calm neighborhood”
+Very clean, neat, newly renovated and spacious. I would recommend it to have a calm stay away from the city crowd. In addition to all the facilities and the kitchen amenities available there.
−All went well but the owner could’ve been a bit more involved and responsive, it was more of automatic replies rather than human interaction. Location is not bad, calm but not near from the center of the city (20 minutes by bus).

“Non tornerò”

−Bagno non in camera (bisogna attraversare un corridoio dove sono presenti altre camere), carta igienica non sigillata all’arrivo, lavatrice che ostacolava il piccolo passaggio in doccia. Assenza bidet. Irreperibilità del personale (provato più volte a contattare telefonicamente e tramite mail). Camera rumorosa (situata al piano terra, si sentiva chiunque passasse dal portone del palazzo) Mi è stata data poi disponibilità ad utilizzare bagno “di servizio” oltre orario di check out (lo stesso bagno segnalato inizialmente come “privato”)

“Sehr gute Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet und verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Außerhalb der ZTL Zone”
+Wir haben eine Nacht im Mini Lift in Florenz verbracht und waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine gute Lage - das Stadtzentrum ist in etwa 20-30 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, alternativ besteht eine gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Besonders praktisch für Reisende mit Auto: Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb der ZTL-Zone, wodurch die Anreise unkompliziert ist. Direkt in der Straße gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten - sowohl blaue, gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze als auch mit etwas Glück kostenlose weiße Stellplätze. Zudem befindet sich in der Straße eine Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos (langsame Ladestation). Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und funktional eingerichtet. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Ausstattung mit bequemem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Herd, Wasserkocher, Espressokocher sowie Fernseher. Das externe Badezimmer befindet sich direkt gegenüber des Zimmers. Es ist zwar klein, jedoch zweckmäßig ausgestattet und verfügt zusätzlich über eine Waschmaschine. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder eine Zwischenübernachtung ist die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

+La stanza è stata probabilmente ristrutturata da poco tempo, gli arredi sono belli abbiamo trovato tutto piuttosto funzionale ed accogliente. Check in rapido.
−Forse il bagno è troppo piccolo, a ns. avviso sarebbe stato più utile e meno ingombrante date le proporzioni ridotte, mettere il bidet Al posto della lavatrice o quanto meno una manichetta all interno del wc. Per il resto ottimi servizi dati in dotazione ai clienti.

+Bardzo dobra spokojna lokalizacja. Kuchnia była wyposażona nawet makarony przyprawy, woda, naczynia. Wygodne duże łózko.
−Łazienka na wspólnym korytarzu była bardzo uciążliwą zwłaszcza w nocy i dla kobiety w ciąży.
