“Nice apartment, great location”
+Brilliant location. There is a very short footpath (unmarked on maps) through the pine forest down to Gortanova Uvala, a beautiful cove for swimming. Great responsive host, clean and stylish and spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen. A nice terrace in the shade (although no view) - previous reviews mention mosquitos on the terrace though we didn't have many.
−As others mention, the air conditioning is a bit weak, it was slightly too hot for ideal comfort at night, but it wasn't terrible. (Granted, we were there during a heatwave. However, other buildings we entered had noticeably better air con.)

“Misled and disappointed”
+Good Location close you beach and shops. Clean apartment. Lots of information about local area given by host.
−We were badly misled on the booking information that the apartment we would be in would have airconditioning. The host says Val 1 and Val 2 do but not Val 3. This was NOT clear at all and subsequently ruined our holiday. We had to book different accommodation last minute down the road for the duration of our stay at huge cost and stress. The host refused to refund us any money. Noisy busy road late in to the night.

+Die Lage ist super strandnah. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Check in war easy und flexibel.
−Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht gut funktioniert. Der Raum hat sich nur wenig runtergekühlt. Der Check Out war super früh schon 9-9:30. Das war auf Booking anders angegeben. Es war wenig Klopapier vorhanden und wir mussten welches nachkaufen.

+Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, alles sehr sauber, hundefreundlich. Kurzer Weg bis zum Meer. Unser Auto durften wir im Objekt einparken. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

“Príjemné rodinné ubytovanie neďaleko pláže”
+Úžasne blízko malej pláže/zatoky s mólom. Vybavenie všetko čo potrebujete na výlete , dokonca aj kávovar a práčka .
−Väčšie množstvo komárov v okolí ubytovania a pri dverách, čiže komáre boli súčasťou bytu.

+Hôte accueillante et très gentille ! logement très propre et bien équipé, proche de la plage, et à pied du centre ville, possibilité de garer la voiture directement dans la court, rien à dire ! :)

+L'appartamento/studio VAL1 è come descritto in foto e come visto nel video che Vlasta, la proprietaria, fornisce al momento della prenotazione. E' piccolino ma fornito di tutto (persino una piccola lavastoviglie). Vlasta è cortese, disponibile ma non invasiva. Lo spazio esterno a disposizione è utile per stendere i panni ma non ha molta privacy. Il vero plus dell'appartamento è quello di essere vicinissimo alla spiaggia Valkane, ad un centro commerciale per le piccole spese quotidiane e con ben 2 fermate di bus (linee 4 e 1) per raggiungere il centro di Pola. Se proprio dovessi dare un consiglio per migliorare ancora di piu: avere la zanzariera anche sulla finestra del bagno servirebbe a tenere aperta la finestra anche durante sera/notte per far meglio circolare l'aria. Per il resto tutto ok.

+Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr zentral und super gelegen. Das Meer ist nur etwa 300 Meter entfernt und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Einkaufszentrum Max City erreicht man in ca. 5 Minuten - dort gibt es zahlreiche Geschäfte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die umliegenden Orte sowie die Altstadt von Pula sind mit dem Auto oder Taxi problemlos innerhalb von etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Lage ist daher wirklich ideal, wenn man sowohl das Meer als auch Pula und die Umgebung erkunden möchte. Auch im Apartment selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht: eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und vieles mehr. Man hat wirklich alles, was man auch von zu Hause gewohnt ist, und kann sich direkt wohlfühlen.
−So zentral die Lage auch ist und so praktisch es war, innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten fast überall zu sein, bringt diese Lage leider auch einige Nachteile mit sich. Der Lärmpegel war teilweise wirklich enorm, sodass wir an manchen Abenden Schwierigkeiten hatten, überhaupt einzuschlafen. Uns war vor der Buchung außerdem nicht bewusst, dass die Inhaberin selbst direkt über dem Apartment wohnt. Dementsprechend hat man leider auch einiges aus dem oberen Bereich mitbekommen. Besonders störend war für uns das häufige und teilweise langanhaltende Hundegebell, vermutlich von einem Hund aus der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft. Wir sind selbst Tierliebhaber und haben Haustiere, allerdings möchte man im Urlaub natürlich trotzdem etwas Ruhe genießen - vor allem abends und nachts. Das war hier leider nicht immer möglich. Ein weiterer und für uns wirklich großer Minuspunkt war der deutliche Schimmel- bzw. Feuchtigkeitsgeruch im Apartment. Bei einem Preis von rund 800 € für den Aufenthalt hätten wir das definitiv nicht erwartet und empfanden es als sehr unangenehm. Auch die Parksituation war anders, als wir es uns aufgrund des Inserats vorgestellt hatten. Wir konnten nicht direkt beim Apartment bzw. auf d
