“Terrible stay at Simon appartment. We do not recommend to stay there to anyone!”
+Nothing. If the owner would be fair enough, he would have at least apologized and would have refunded us at least the two nights we did not stay there because of the terrible conditions, I would give him a like for that, but instead he accused us of lying etc. Really terrible behavior. This is only the second time I am raising a concern in my entire booking.com history so you can imagine how bad this was. Please see the details in the section below and the screenshot with the proof of low temperature in the living room (not the best quality, but the figures are more than readable).
−Upon arrival on 23rd of December the heating was turned off and the temperature was 17.4 degrees, not something you would expect and not something you would like to have especially when traveling with a year old kid. We did call the owner directly and they advised us to set the heating on the thermostat properly. We did that and did set the thermostat to 22 degrees, unfortunately after 4 hours in the living room there was still 19.0 degrees (we have a photo proof with time stamp) and the floor was still very cold. In addition to that the bedroom was also very cold. When checking the temperature in the morning next day there was 19.7 degrees even though the heating ran overnight, so nothing comfortable for a family with a little child. When we raised this issue to Booking.com service desk, after they contacted the owner he told them that they are always ensuring that there is 22 degrees before arrival of the guests, this is obviously a lie as mentioned above, we had only 17.4 degrees in the evening upon arrival. Next thing was the bad cigarette smell in the building and in the apartment itself. On booking.com the owners are stating that its smoke free building and smoke free apartme

+The Matratze of the bed is very poor, need to be changed to a better and quality one. The apartment need at least fan if air conditioner, because of the hot weather.witout fan or air conditioner it makes one uncomfortable mostly during the night sleep.
−The neatness of the apartment is very commendable.

“Čisté ubytování, ale nefunkční vypouštění vany a nedostatek teplé vody výrazně zhoršily pobyt”
+Ubytování bylo čisté, to oceňuji.
−ytování bylo čisté, to oceňuji. Bohužel koupelna měla zásadní nedostatky. Vana měla poškozené vypouštění - špunt nešel vyndat běžným způsobem a musel jsem to řešit až ráno. Teplá voda nebyla dostupná ihned - bojler se ohřívá přibližně 2 hodiny, takže po vykoupání jedné osoby už nebyla další teplá voda. To je při běžném ubytování poměrně nepraktické.
