“We had a wonderful stay and were comfortable in this flat. It was clean and cool and good location if you like a swim”
+Air con worked and was in two rooms, the shower was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the flat was clean
−No bedside table in one of the rooms, location was further away from the old town then we thought so getting from the bus station to the flat with luggage I would get a taxi next time. Could do with an old information pack to let you know things like this and where things are eg get no 12 bus to beaches and directions for on how to get to nearest ones. The bottom lock was really tricky to open, so once unlocked did not bother with this again.

+Big bedrooms, big kitchen, air conditioning, close to the beach, playground and nice beautiful walk to city center through promenade. Good smart tv that can play cartoons in the morning through youtube. Very authentic and nice place to enjoy Split and to feel like a local.

“Great value for our stay and absolutely recommend this apartment”
+The host Ivana was very friendly, attentive and available. She gave me recommendations on restaurants. Apartment was clean and kitchen well equipped. Balconies were great. Nice shower and washer machine. Easy and free street parking. Apartment is 15min walk to Old Town. Grocery stores and restaurants very close by. Apartment is on 3rd floor and not too many stairs. We had a great time.
−There were ants in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom but wasn’t terrible.

+The location could not be better. Close to the beach, close to the port and the center. All very organized. The rooms had a great size. All available in the kitchen.

“Cómodo alojamiento!”
+Departamento cómodo y espacioso. Buen sofá, living bien decorado. Estaba bien ubicado, a 15 min caminando al centro de Split. Se puede dejar el auto en la cuadra de manera gratuita, hay parking público disponible. Encontré el alojamiento muy limpio y con todas las cosas necesarias: sábanas, toallas. También tenía todo lo necesario para hacer una comida básica. Tiene lavadora.
−El colchón debe ser cambiado, está viejo y es muy duro. Las cortinas son muy transparentes y cuando amanece el sol entra en la habitación, sería bueno tener cortinas blackout. No había shampoo o jabón líquido ni nada de higiene. Sería bueno que tengan eso ya que hoy día lo tienen el 90% de los alojamientos de todo tipo. Esto no es negativo pero es una crítica constructiva: sería lindo que dejen de regalo algo pequeño y típico de Croacia, no caramelos o snack (se agradecen pero sería más lindo algo típico).

“Гарне місце для відпочинку”
+Дуже охайна квартира в тихому районі, дві спальні, велика кухня. Дякуємо за приємний бонус при заїзді - яблочки та цукерки. Є все для тривалого проживання. Хороший інтернет. До моря 7 хв пішки через парк, там пляжі, кафе на території водного стадіону., до центра пішки вздовж набережної 15 хвилин. Власники на зв'язку, як отримати ключі повідомили перед самим заїздом, проблем потрапити в приміщення не було, діяли по наданим інструкціям.,

+Bra och trevligt värd. Fanns nästan allt man behöver i lägenheten. Incheckning och utcheckning var kontaktlös och utan problem.
−Parkering kan ibland vara svårt att hitta. Finns betald parkering med gott om plats i närheten.
