“Cosy and homely feeling, would come back and visit again!”
+Good heating and aircon, nice TV, washing machine. Nice kitchen facilities like fridge and even an ice box! Very secure apartment with extra secure door bar locks!
−TV could have modernised to be able to go onto youtube/netflix streaming platforms. Very minor issue.

“A great location at affordable price”
+The photos and description match reality, a very nice small flat with an equipped kitchenette, well within a walking distance from the city centre (20 min walk). 2nd floor of an elderly and silent apartment house with a cool green inner courtyard.
−The house is rather worn by decades, yet the apartment is well renovated. Some of the previous guests left some of the dishes a bit dirty, a thorough wash helped a lot.

“Overall it was good for the value”
+Big space, pretty quiet. You had everything you needed and it was close to many major attractions by walking
−The kettle had to be cleaned out as there were sediments. I did my best to clean it out. Also some of the big plates were dirty still.

“Good!”
+Apartment was exactly as described, clean, cozy. All necessary equipment was there (hair dryer, kettle, heater etc)
−Just a very small suggestion- small rug in bathroom would be great as floor was cold. But otherwise all was good!

“Exceptional”
+The entire apartment is warm and nice decorated, and the host provided pretty much everything. The kitchenette is clean and good, and the bathroom is also very clean. We love the building itself very much and really enjoy our stay here.
