+We had a wonderful experience here! The apartment was modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything you could need. The highlight was definitely the beautiful terrace with its comfortable seating and wonderful sea view. We also loved the fantastic outdoor grill, dining area, and the beautiful swimming pool. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. Our host was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended
−The only minor thing to note is that the distances described on Booking.com could be a bit more accurate to the real ones, as those were slightly misleading. However, this didn't take away from an otherwise wonderful stay.

“Superb.”
+Everything was superb. Matejka, the host is super nice and welcoming. The apartment is spacious (we were a family of five and was super comfortable), very clean and neat with beautiful views to the sea. (Just like on the photos.) The apartment is well equipped - the rooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room - everything. The host was always available and helpful. The pool is sweet and clean the area around the house, the garden, the terraces are also very tidy. We could even have fresh salad directly from the garden and Matejka's aronia liqueur is also very nice. :) Wifi is strong and always available. The apartment is out of Lovran up in the hills (5-10 minutes drive from the city center), but for us this was not a problem, we did not want a seaside place. And the views are truly stunning. (Pro tip: If you drive from the direction of Opatija, do not believe google navigations as it will take you through very narrow and steep streets totally unnecessarily. Drive into Lovran and take the wider and more comfortable road to the apartment.)

“Fantastic stay”
+We loved to stay here. The host was super nice and helpful. The view is amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean. The apartment is very spacious, the beds are comfortable. Easy to find and get to. The pool looks smallish in the pictures but it's actually not - it's totally sufficient for a family of four.

“Heerlijk comfortabel appartement met schitterend uitzicht.”
+Het is een fantastisch mooi ruim appartement met een schitterend uitzicht over de baai. Ook het zwembad was heerlijk. Wel goed om te weten dat het appartement echt een stuk op de berg ligt. Voor ons was het een must om een auto te hebben zodat we in zo'n 6 minuten naar Lovran konden rijden. Ook bestaat het huis uit 2 appartementen. Beneden een relatief klein 2 kamer appartement voor maximaal 4p. Boven een zeer ruim appartement met 4 slaapkamers voor maximaal 6p.
−Eigenlijk niets.

“fantastic stay”
+An exceptional stay! The apartment was spotless, modern, and perfectly equipped. We found everything we could possibly need for our holiday-the owners had attended to every detail, no matter how small. A huge plus is the incredibly friendly and helpful owners, especially the landlady, who looked after our comfort every day and was always ready to assist. Guests have access to a fantastic pool, a barbecue area, and convenient parking. The location is ideal as a base for exploring all of Istria. I highly recommend this place. Everything was top-notch, and we would love to come back!

+We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend reserving this apartment. The view is beautiful, and the owner was very kind and trustworthy. She refunded our €300 security deposit the day after we checked out. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts, including extra bottles of mineral water, coffee (3+1), and a croissant for each of us. We also made delicious pancakes in the apartment, which was a lovely bonus. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
