“A wonderful stay in a cozy apartment with breathtaking mountain views in a little paradise!”
+We had a wonderful stay in this clean, cozy two-room apartment with a beautiful view from the terrace. The location is excellent, within walking distance of convenience stores, a gas station, restaurants, a bakery, and the center of Risan, with its lovely park and church. Risan is a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful town, perfect for a relaxing getaway and enjoying the natural beauty of Montenegro. There is convenient parking inside the complex, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped with exotic local plants and fruit trees, including lemon, orange, pomegranate, and grapevines. The swimming pool has sun loungers, and a small beach is just a 3-minute walk away. The gated complex feels safe, secure, and peaceful. The apartment is well-equipped for a longer stay and has everything you need, including a TV with plenty of channels. At our request before arrival, the host kindly prepared a second bed in the living room, which was very convenient. The host was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and responsive, answering all our questions quickly and staying in touch throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by a welcome gift of bottled water, fresh fruit, and delicious homemad
−A few minor things could be improved: the heater was slightly noisy, and in October the pool was available only for sunbathing, not swimming. A microwave would also be a useful addition to the apartment.

“Отличные апартаменты.”
+Отличные апартаменты в Рисане, в жилом комплексе Римские дворики. Одна спальня и гостиная кухня. Оборудованы всем необходимым. При заселении нас ждал комплимент, вода, сок, печенье, за что отдельное спасибо. Хозяйка Милица была на связи и помогала во всех вопросах. На территории есть свое парковочное место.
−Было бы хорошо сделать более яркое освещение.

“Erholsamer Aufenthalt mit Bergpanorama”
+Sehr nette Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar. Lage ist perfekt, Bademöglichkeit über die Straße keine 100 m entfernt (Badeschuhe) Restaurants, Bäckerei, Geschäft für täglichen Bedarf alles fußläufig erreichbar. Busanbindung nach Kotor stündlich. Anlage sehr ruhig kein Straßenlärm. Spaziergang nach Perast ca. 2,5 km abends sehr zu empfehlen.
−Appartement ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet was man braucht. Es ist sauber aber nicht neu. Es fehlen 1-2 Töpfe. Und die Dusche in der Wanne war nicht sehr funktional. Halterung defekt.

+Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, sauber und sehr zentral nur ungefähr 100 Meter um kleinem Strand mit Platz unter der Bäumen. Parkplatz auf dem Hof Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen obwohl wir erst wegen Stau an der Grenze erst nach 22 Uhr ankamen.
−Gefallen hat uns alles, aber es wäre gut einen größeren Tisch auf dem Balkon zu haben , wir hätten gern dort gefrühstückt

+Apartamentul este spațios și dispune de tot ce ai putea avea nevoie. Este foarte potrivit si pentru o familie cu 1 sau 2 copii, canapele fiind extensibile, iar spațiul generos. Exista terasa, loc de uscat rufele. Este foarte fain sa iei micul dejun pe terasa, dacă plănuiești sa ai un sejur lung.
