+We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Marina. She gave us a lovely tour of the apartment and took the time to give us plenty of useful tips about things to do and see in the area, including sightseeing spots, beaches, and other great places to visit. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Everything we needed was there, and we immediately felt at home. Communication with Marina was also excellent. She was always friendly, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. If I ever come back to Split, I would definitely book this apartment again without hesitation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with a wonderful host!

“Had an amazing time and felt like home!”
+Super amazing host Marina and her daughter Marta!!! They welcomed me in the apartment and showed me around, couldn’t ask for a better welcoming 😇♥️ The place has all the needed items and tools and it’s 10 mins max to reach the beach, the location is great just across the street there’s a supermarket and the airport is half an hour drive.
−The noise cancellation was a bit obvious especially at night when people enter the building but it wasn’t a super issue as I didn’t stay long enough.

“Perfect place in lovely Split.”
+Perfect place with everything you need in perfect location! Close to the center, harbour with ferries going to all islands and many beaches within10-20 minutes distance by foot. Marina is the greatest host you could imagine and she will make you feel like at home. Thank you for this great experience!!!

“A home, not a holiday rental”
+The apartment is very well appointed. All the appliances you need are included, from a washing machine to a dishwasher, fridge freezer and cooking facilities. The apartment is clean, modern and in an excellent location with regard to access to beaches and city centre highlights. The hostess, Marina, is very friendly and makes you feel like you are at home, and not in a holiday rental, and takes very good care of all of your needs.

“Definitely will recommend”
+We were very fortunate with this apartment as I booked it when I missed out on the other place. It is brand new, super clean and nicely decorated. All facilities are matching the photos. Aircon and fan, that's what you need when it's + 34C. The host was super helpful and very kind, she provided all we needed such as coffee, milk, detergent, spare bed linen (even tasty treats :)) and was always available to be contacted. The area is good, we felt safe there. The location worked very well for us, the grocery and supermarkets were within 5 - 7 mins walk distance that is helpful when you have kids. Btw playground is right next to the building. The main beach is 12 mins walk.
