“Perfect”
+Everything. The apartment is super clean. Equipped with all you need. Even has Netflix in English. Antonio is very warm and helpful. He met us there and explained everything, even left us a bottle of wine !! Would def stay again

+We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with the apartment. Everything was exceptionally clean and maintained to a very high standard. The apartment is modern, beautifully furnished and very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which has an impressive range of modern appliances and everything you could possibly need. What made our stay particularly special was the kindness and hospitality of the hosts. Communication was excellent and the owner was always very responsive. As we were travelling with a baby, we asked whether it might be possible to check in a little earlier because of our baby’s nap schedule. They kindly accommodated our request, which made such a difference and allowed all of us to enjoy the rest of the day comfortably. When we arrived, the owner and his daughter were there to welcome us. Both were incredibly friendly, warm and smiling, and they even offered to help us carry our luggage. They had also prepared a baby cot for us, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent as well; peaceful and convenient, with a lovely walk into the city centre.

+The host Antonio, his wife and son are so kind. His wife and son are waiting for me around my arrival. They also explain to me how to use laundry machine, induction range and all of facilities. The facility is very excellent and clean. Parking is free in the parking area of facility. It's very nice place for sightseeing around the city. I'll absolutely stay here if I would come back to Split.

“Amazing apartment and lovely host!”
+I honestly liked everything, from the attitude of the host who was lovely (had prepared everything for us to the smallest detail) to the place itself, the apartment is renovated, everything smells very nice and it's very clean!
−Really one minus only - there is no door between the bedroom and the sofa bed so if you friend snores a lot, you are going to hear it very well. Noting else to add - the place is magnificent.

“Lugar lindísimo y cómodo donde te sientes como un vecino más.”
+El apartamento está muy bien diagramado y decorado elegante. Es bien funcional, con camas bien cómodas, baño completo con ducha fuerte. Ropa blanca de calidad. Todos los implementos de utilidad. Limpieza impecable. Tender en una ventana. para el desayuno, sólo hay que cruzar la calle y además de comercios, hay una feria de productos frescos muy variada.

“An absolute perfection - 15/10”
+Easy going and pleasant communication. There is a key locker for the solo arrival but the owner greeted us himself with a warm welcome and lots of valuable advice. Very clean, recently renovated apartment with EVERYTHING provided (from shampoos, detergent - for kitchen and for clothes, extra towels, coffee machine & pods, tea bags, salt&peper, oil&viniger, nice vine glasses, etc.....) Lovely neighborhood that has a (free) parking - 30 minute walk from Riva (10 min by car). Would and will definitely book again 15/10
