+Upon arrival, my wife and I were met by the host. She seemed very kind and friendly, showed us around the room, and left the keys. The room itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were snacks on the coffee table in the living room, which was a very nice touch.The biggest plus is the presence of an air conditioner. Unfortunately, since it is located in the kitchen and isn't very powerful, it was hot to sleep in the bedroom. In addition to this, the bed itself turned out to be not very comfortable: there was (as I understood) some kind of foam pad placed on top of the mattress, which caused two people to just slide into the middle of the bed while sleeping. On the 3rd day of our stay, we decided to sleep in the living room, where the sofa, surprisingly, turned out to be quite comfortable
−The main downsides of the apartment: 1) The shower cabin: it is in a rather worn-out condition, and overall it wasn't very clean. One of the sliding doors falls off its hinges; the doors wobble a lot and look extremely unreliable. 2) The washing machine: because it wasn't aired out properly, a lot of dirt has accumulated in the plastic tray with compartments for washing powder. Plus, there was buildup on the rubber seals inside, and they have noticeably darkened. In short, I don't recommend washing your clothes there. I informed the host about this, and I hope she takes it into account so the situation changes. I won't attach photos so as not to scare you here. 3) As I understood, the host smokes, which is why the bath towels have a smell of tobacco smoke.

“Fully equipped and really nice apartment, good connection to the city center”
+Very clean, fully functional apartment equipped with everything you need including a washing machine. Huge terrace, perfect for an evening glass of wine. Direct bus line to the Old Town and city center with a stop next to the building. Really helpful lady (my apologies for not remembering her name) told us what's what, how to get to the Old Town (Cetnar) and back, guided us through the process of buying bus tickets via app and even sent us photos of the bus stop so we wouldn't miss it. We wouldn't make it without her help, at least not that easily. One thing though - it's the fourth floor without the elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, you should take it into consideration.

+Everything! On our trip across Croatia, this was our favourite place! The house was stacked with supplies! And that balcony was delicious to spend a few hours!

+Prekrasan i romatičan apartman sa predivnom terasom, vrlo ljubazna domaćica. Opremljen sa svime što je potrebno. U blizini pekara, supermarket, kafići i autobusna stanica. 15 minuta udaljen od popularne plaže Žnjan.😁

+Highly recommended! The apartment was clean, bright, and very cozy. The terrace was wonderful. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with shops, cafés, and a bus stop nearby. The sea is within walking distance, and the beach is new, spacious, and beautiful. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. We are very happy that we chose this apartment and will definitely come back again.
