“We really enjoyed this OG apartment.”
+We love the original rustic like apartment from generations, very unique and great host. he was very helpful carried out heavy luggage up and let us check-in little early.
−The apartment does not have an elevator especially when we have 4 big heavy luggages, we had to lugged up 4 levels. I can't recall that they provide any shampoo or body lotion.

“Great place in the center of historical area and seafront but lots of steps”

+The property was immaculate. Great location. Very comfortable and quiet. The owner, Jakov was very easy to communicate with.
−Just be aware that the apartment is on the very top floor. There are many steps you will have to carry your luggage up.

“Perfect location!”
+Perfect location, great view from main bedroom window, very clean and well presented! Right on the Riva close to everything we needed. Apartment was a great size plenty of room for 4 people. Was well equipped with everything we needed.
−Not an issue for us at all but it is up 5 flights of stairs - this wasn’t an issue at all and it was actually really nice being on the top floor.

+Greatly enjoyed our stay in this charming, rather unique apartment. Perfectly located for enjoying Split, the Riva, boat trips, ferries to other islands etc. Spacious, spotlessly clean, modern facilities, but the decor, wooden flooring, furniture were all stylishly upcycled to create a lovely haven. We were greeted by friendly Jakov, who was a message away if we needed any assistance. Penty stairs to the top floor location, but it they did get easier and made for panoramic views out to the islands. Don't hesitate to book.

+Everything was amazing! The location is perfect, the apartment is decorated beautifully, and the host, Jakov, could not have been any kinder. Would 100% stay there again if we went back!
