“Fantastic location right by the sea!”
+The location is unbeatable,literally 30 seconds to the sea, a 7-minute walk to the boat tour pier, 10 minutes to the Old Town, and about 20 minutes to the bus station. We were welcomed with a lovely glass of juice. The host lives right next door, which makes communication very easy if anything comes up. The apartment is also well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine, iron, and ironing board (even though we didn't use them).
−It was inconvenient having to locate a tourist registration office in town ourselves to pay the city tax. There is a hostel next door and you pass through a shared courtyard, where guests hang out and were quite loud in the evenings, but everything quieted down at 10 PM sharp, so we had a peaceful night's sleep. Like in many places across Montenegro, payment is cash only. Make sure to have cash on hand.

+Excellent location - 10 minutes to Kotor old town and just by the Kotor beach Small, local bakery located 2 minutes away. Good for pastries for breakfast. Friendly and hospitable host - I was offered some fresh fruit and home made pie. Delicious The apartment is clean and has all needed amenities. Very comfortable. It is located next to Montenegro 4U Hostel but there was no problem with the noise.
−Payment was by cash. I would prefer card but this option was not available.

+We had a wonderful stay at Biser Apartment. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to everything Kotor has to offer. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always happy to help with any questions. Although it's a simple, cozy apartment rather than a luxury one, it offers great value for money. We truly enjoyed our time in Kotor and would happily stay here again.

“Excellent location & lovely host!”
+Vida (the host) made me feel so at home! She was extremely accommodating- staying up to greet me as my bus arrived a bit late. The apartment is in an amazing location - right on Boka bay, steps from Kotor beach. It was a 10 minute walk to the old town, 4 minute walk to the bus stop (to visit Perast and surrounding areas). The apartment had everything I needed for a short stay, comfortable beds, nice AC, strong WiFi, fresh towels & linens and a washing machine. Vida always responded quickly with genuine kindness, it was such a pleasure to stay at her place during my visit to Kotor. Highly recommended!

−Junto a la casa hay un hostal donde se hospeda gente y hacen fiestas. No tiene agua caliente para la ducha y no hay cama de matrimonio

+Pratico bilocale attaccato alla spiaggia, a una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro, ma senza essere nel caos della città vecchia. Proprietaria gentilissima, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. Super consigliato
