“Excellent Family Stay with Local Atmosphere and Convenient Transport”
+The main advantage of this apartment is its location away from the main tourist areas, which gives you a more authentic local experience with local restaurants, shops, and surroundings. The apartment is around five bus stops from the Old Town, with frequent bus services throughout the day, making it easy to reach the city centre. The apartment has a lift and is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable family stay. The air conditioning was particularly important during our stay due to the warm weather. The owner was very responsive and usually provided quick and relevant assistance whenever we had questions. Supermarkets, cafés, and a bakery are all within walking distance. Žnjan Beach is also approximately a 17-minute walk away. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay as a family with two children. The combination of good facilities, convenient transport, local surroundings, and responsive hosting made it a great choice for our stay.
−Only a minor point for improvement: it would have been helpful to have a larger supply of kitchen paper towels and toilet paper, especially for a family stay.

+The owner made a mistake so she offered us an extra night for free. Amenities and location - excellent, closeby to big shops (Kaufland, Lidl) and the Zrenjan city beach. Balcony was good too. Excellent internet connection.

+Everything was wonderful , the balcony is absolutely charming and atmospheric. It’s a 15-minute walk to Znjan beach, and very convenient to reach the old town and market by bus (around 15 minutes). The apartment is fully equipped for everyday living. We tried all kinds of fish and seafood from the market and enjoyed cooking them at home.

+It was an incredibly soulful apartment. It felt like an artist or a poet had lived here before. We really liked it. Everything was comfortable and functional. The furniture and equipment were a bit older than we would have liked, but that was also the charm of this place. I would like to separately mention the terrace. It is a fantastic place to relax. But there is no smoking on the lower floors :) I would also like to mention the proximity of Lidl and although it is of course very overloaded, in general, the issue of buying groceries is not a problem at all.
−If you are used to sleeping with an open window in the bedroom, you will not be able to do this. Motorcyclists and those who like to drive without a muffler will not let you sleep peacefully. But with a closed window - no problem.
