“Incredible”
+The host was incredibly helpful regarding check-in. She had the whole bathroom stocked with products, and the location was perfect into Old Town, with it being just a short 2 minute walk away. Absolutely would stay again, the property was super cosy & comfortable

“Great location and smart, clean property”
+Great apartment situated on the ground floor and perfect for storing hire bike. Nice and cool with air conditioning and situated within a short walk of the old town. 15 to 20 minute walk from bus station. Very comfortable and functional with a nice bathroom and Wi-Fi worked well. Whole experience with booking, arrival, key collection from secure safe and check out was really easy.

“A perfect stay in Split”
+We spent three nights at the Árbol apartment in Split and the experience was absolutely wonderful. What we loved most was its strategic location: it's in a super quiet and peaceful area, ideal for relaxing, but at the same time just a stone's throw from the city center, where there's a vibrant atmosphere, restaurants, and a lively scene. We want to highlight two key points that made all the difference for us: The comfort of the bed: It's spectacular, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep after a long day of walking. The cleanliness: The facilities were spotless, everything was impeccably clean and meticulously maintained. Without a doubt, a top-notch accommodation that we highly recommend.

+Great to have clean unit and towels and supplies. Location was good, easy to walk into town and everything nearby. Great communication with host. I recommend this property.
−Unfortunately, for us it was a little noisy, but we are light sleepers. But location was superb.

+Absolutely the same as the description, clean, it was in the downtow, near to the Riva, everything was available by a short walk.

+Ми відпочивали в даних апартаментах 6 ночей. Як тільки перший раз переступили поріг квартири, одразу відчули затишок. Квартира була чиста, світла,дуже комфортна. Нам все сподобалося, апартаменти повністю відповідають тому, що ми бачили на фото. Окрема подяка господині за турботу, вона завжди була на зв'язку. Як тільки буде можливість ми обов'язково зупинимось тут ще раз. Всім рекомендуємо дані апартаменти.

+La posizione centralissima, la pulizia ottima e la cura dei dettagli.. sicuramente lo consiglierò a chi si recherà a Split.. Offre servizi a 360°, dalle stoviglie per colazione/pranzo/cena al bagno con tutto il necessario per la cura della persona.
