“Very glad we booked Aparthotel Casa Mia.”
+No breakfast, so not applicable. Front desk people very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Excellent communication when there were a couple of snafus with our Booking.com reservation. Location was excellent for us - a short walk to Stazione Centrale. Excellent pizza and spritz bar right next door. Apartment was very clean, attractive and quiet.
−One suggestion - small shelf in the shower to hold soap and shampoo.

“Many thanks to the host for making our stay in Milan such a fantastic experience.”
+I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was very clean, and the host was friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of cafés and great spots for breakfast and dinner right on the doorstep. Getting around the city was also very easy, with train and metro stations just a short walk away.
−The only minor downside was that the staircase was a little narrow, which made it slightly tricky to carry large suitcases.

−Coffee machine did not work but was replaced. Still had issues. While checking out the elevator did not work so had to carry luggage downstairs.
