“A lovely week in the sun”
+Beautifully kept apartment with everything you could need. Great views, fab balcony for people watching. Very central to everything, easy walk to the beach and the shops, cafes and restaurants. The owners met us and they were lovely. Parking over in the marina car park was a bonus.

+Fantastic location. The apartment was spotless, spacious and perfect for us with a very relaxing balcony. Mati and Paco could not do enough for us and were very welcoming and very helpful with any questions we had from the beginning until the end of our stay.

“Functional apartment in excellent location”
+I loved the location on the edge of a nice square in Torrevieja; near a bunch of good cafes, bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach.
−The decor is fine but generally a little sparse.

“Fabtastic apartment in brilliant location.”
+Excellent location right in the middle of everything, 2 minutes to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and the marinas. The balcony overlooks the square were the famous Torrevieja fountain is, with bars/cafes all ariund it but no noise in the living room. Balcony with table and chairs overlooks the square. The 2 bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment block so there is no noise at all from traffic/people.passing etc. Apartment was spotelessly clean throughout. Everything you could need in a good sized kitchen, plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery etc. Didnt use them but theres a washing machine and tumble dryer also in an enclosed balcony. Wifi was strong in all rooms except the main double bedroom, but still stayed connected. Living room and dinig area is huge for an apartment, and extra large settee is really comfy. Bedrooms with wardrobe and drawer spacd, and TV in each. Bathrooms great also, showers with really good pressure and hot water on demand. Plenty of eztra beddding, pillows, quilts, sheets in the wardrobes too. No complaints whatsoever, we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again
−It was better than expected. Nothing to fault at all. If i had to find something then id say " no dishwasher", but we ate out all the rime as its so cheap in Torrevieja 👍 and its no hardship to hand wash a few plates if you did cook in the apartment.

+Nos gusto todo, la casa muy comoda y muy bien equipada, no se escucha un ruido y pudimos descansar muy bien, muy contentos, ademas aceptan mascotas y fueron muy amables y comprensivos con todo, seguro que volvemos,

“Comodidad al nivel superior”
+El piso es una pasada de bonito y cómodo. Muy silencioso. Muy céntrico. Las procesiones pasaban por la calle de detrás. Aacc y calefacción súper. Aparcar el coche en el parking de delante muy práctico.
