−1. Numerous Problems with Items: There were many issues with various items in the apartment, indicating poor maintenance. 2. Unfriendly Neighbors: The neighbors were not welcoming to tourists, largely because of ongoing conflicts with the person who rents out the apartment. 3. Sticky Floors: The floors were covered in chemicals, making them very sticky and unpleasant to walk on. 4. Mould in the Bathroom: The bathroom had a significant amount of mould, which was both unsightly and unhealthy. 5. Unstable Flooring: The floors felt unstable, which was concerning for our safety. 6. Dirty Kitchen Tools: The kitchen tools were filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. 7. Poor Air Circulation: The air circulation in the apartment was terrible, making it stuffy and uncomfortable. 8. Mosquito Infestation: Not all windows had mosquito covers, resulting in a large number of mosquitoes inside the apartment. 9. Dirty Walls: The walls were covered in dirty spots, which was quite off-putting. 10. Leaking Washing Machine: The washing machine dripped water while in use, causing puddles on the floor. 11. +The location was very clean and nice. When we got in, it was warm and nice inside. It was very convenient as it was very close to a big Lidl shop and to a bus station if it's needed. Amazing host.

−Eve girdiğimizde çok havasızdı ve kokuyordu.Koltuklar ıslaktı yıkamışlar sanırım kurumamıştı.Ne oturabildik ne dinlenebildik.Ailemle tek yatakta idare etmek zorunda kaldık sabah erkenden ayrıldık.Temizlikte yeterli seviyede değildi,nerdeyse hiçbirşey kullanmadık.Otoparkı sıkıntılıydı.Ev sahibinin koy dediği yerde aracımızın önüne araba koydular istediğimiz gibi girip çıkamadık rahatsız olduk.

“Kedvező áron, átutazó szállásnak megfelelő, felújított panellakás extrák nélkül.”
+Leírásnak, képeknek megfelelő elrendezés, berendezés, Lidl gyalogtávolságra. Nyugodt csendes, zöldövezeti elhelyezkedés. Barátságos környezet, idős lakókkal.
−A lakás szellőztetése nem megfelelő, áporodott levegő. Fürdőszobai szellőzőt nem ártana ki takarítani. Konnektorok egy része (szobákban kapcsoló alatt) nem működött. TV-nél a földön levő hosszabbító működött csak. Parkolás nehézkes, sok az autó a környéken, közeli helyek lakóknak foglaltak, szabadnak tűnő helyek sem foglalhatók el a bejárat közelében. Egy utcával feljebb van a parkoló sáv ahol nincs kiosztva rendszámra a parkolás, szabad helyre be lehet állni.
