“No secure lock, no internet . Highly dangerous to stay .”
+The Appartment door handle and lock was hanging on its socket , so took a long time to get into the property . Once inside it couldn’t be securely locked . The internet was down for the two day stay .
−As above plus not warned about lethal steep stairs ascending to the bedroom and toilet and to access the property .

“Dissapointing client service”
+Excellent location, very close to central square.
−No information was provided for check in, no reply to the message sent via booking. When I have arrived at the location and call the phone number indicated on the platform, my calls went straigh to the voicemail. Luckily, I have asked in the store situated at the ground floor for information and the seller proved to have the key of the apartment and the correct phone number of the owner and he called for information. In the begining I was told that my reservation is for the next day and only after showing the confirmation I was allowed to check in. I have asked in advance for an invoice, but no reply. Even after requesting it via phonecall, it was not provided. Worst client service since I use booking...

“Disappointed that I no accomadation”
+I booked and paid but no accommodation provided as there was no key to get into the appartment I ask the owner for refund
−No key provided and no one answered the phone So I paid €165 and got nothing and had to stay in a Hotel that cost €400 I looking for a refund but I waiting

+La posizione è centralissima
−Proprietario irreperibile e non ha mai risposto alle ns. richieste sia telefoniche che tramite booking. La chiave recuperate al negozio di birre sottostante. La casa non propriamente pulita: c'erano cibi scaduti nella dispensa, immondizia appesa fuori dalla finestra della cucina, una maglietta buttata sull'applique delle scale chissà da quanto e cassetto delle posate sporco. In bagno non ci sono ganci per gli asciugamani e i saponi sono solo quelli lasciati dai precedenti turisti, un set di asciugamani mancante di un pezzo. Attenzione alle scale che sono ripidissime per salire in camera, non esiste armadio i appendiabiti. Ci sono delle cassette che impediscono secondo loro di cadere giù dalle scale ma sono solo inchiodate fra loro e quelle più vicine alla discesa sono staccate non ci fate affidamento per scendere!! La TV in camera ha il telecomando con batterie scariche e comunque non ci sono canali da vedere in TV ma solo siti a pagamento. L'appartamento è su due livelli ed è al secondo ed ultimo piano. Le scale per arrivarci sono ripide e al piano primo lo spazio è minimo perché occupato maggiormente da scatole di plastica e materiale per pulizie. La via su cui affaccia è un vico
