“Decent for price and locarion”
+Very spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen, location also great
−The bathroom is very tiny and the shower and toiler are in one. So after showering the while flooe is getting wet and it doesn't try! Also i had one small blanket and one towel. two towels were better as they don't try well. Also check-in was published at 2pm but it was 3pm which is not much but it's irritating to have this information wrong and people plen their arrival

“Close to metro and center.”

“A very good stay!”
+The property is very good and clean, there is everything you need, oven, kitchen, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer etc. For the price is absolutely worth the money
−We had a little bit of misunderstanding with the check in because in booking is at 14 and the host was saying at 15, and we cannot leave the luggage before check in but in the end everything went right

“Bad bathroom”
+Nice kitchen and space overall. Easy to get in and easy to find with good directions from owner.
−The bathroom is small and doesn't have a shower, just a dirty curtain, and if you want to take a shower, you end up splashing water everywhere, including the toilet. After that, you can’t use the bathroom anymore because everything is wet. The silicone around the toilet is terriblIe and the toillet itself is horrible, I don’t understand how a bathroom can be left in such a state. The mattress was not so good. The duvets didn’t have any covers, so we had to cover ourselves with a throw blanket like that, which is not hygienic at all.

+Sehr gute Lage, wenn man zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen möchte. Leider ist der Parkplatz in der Nähe nicht kostenlos, mit ca. 20 Leva am Tag aber gut bezahlbar.

“Perfekte Lage”
+Die Lage des Appartements ist für einen Städtebesuch perfekt. Vieles in der Stadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Wohnung sauber. Der Check in und die Kommunikation funktioniert gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.
−Die Duschsituation ist schwierig. Leider fehlt ein Lappen, um nach dem Duschen die Toilette und alles rundherum zu trocken.
