+I like to stay in this place a lot. The staff is very supportive and helps with any situation. Very good location , amazing staff for reasonable price Good WiFi, as I stayed in several locations in the building, this was the best one.

+The area is very nice and convenient. Delicious breakfast and coffee just downstairs and a number of restaurants right around the corner. There was also a little market right downstairs that made it easy to buy things we needed. Walking distance to the Cathedral, Opera, and all the main squares and monuments. The staff was helpful when there was a problem with our payment through the booking app, and came to the apartment next day with a machine so we could make the payment. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a couple of days. We would book this apartment again if we ever come back to Almaty.
−There was nothing to dislike.

+Cool location and clean place. We didn't have any problems with checking in, the lady responsible for that was very nice. We could pay with a card. The kitchen had all the stuff we needed.
−It was very nice overall, we just got only one bed sheets, and there were 3 of us (so one of us slept on the couch too).

“Very bad story”
−Terrible Check-in Experience, No check-in instructions were sent to me. I called the host for help, but instead I was insulted and told, “We will not accept you. I waited outside for a long time hoping to receive the check-in instructions, but nothing was ever sent. As a result, I could not check in. I do not recommend this property.

“Bad conversation with the host, no reaction”
−No any check in instructions, I waited more than 1 hours outside, it's very unprofessional to make the business like that, I'll never book again never
